Well I will not be using them anymore, I will continue to use Good Hope because this service is greater and more financially reasonable,I am on a fixed income. She gave me an estimate for my home approximately an hour and a half at $60 an hour. I asked her how many people would she send? Her reply" We would assign Crew 1 ( 2-3 people)." The day arrived & they sent one person. She was there for 3 hours. I get the bill thru pay pal for $180.00 Who has ever paid $60.00 an hour for house cleaners? I would have never agreed to this. Had I known she would charge $60.00 an hour for one person to clean. I paid $90.00. When I told her I wouldn't pay the remaining balance. She said she would send me to collections. I told her I'd give her bad reviews & call the better business bureau. So here I am. Don't do business with this company. Unless you want to fall into their unfair business practices. Amy I sent the balance to her today, knowing this was not right. She must need it more than I. Love always wins.
