Because I'm short on time and finding reliable vendors is a hassle, I called him again when I needed roof work on a third rental property. Communication over the phone was so so. He often talks to other people while on a client call or interrupts a call if someone else is calling him. It felt rude and, most importantly, like my time wasn't being respected. What really prompted me to write this review is his comment that he won't leave his driveway without a $100 service call. I already agreed to pay $395 for a full roof maintenance service, which should include inspecting the roof for any issues. Asking for an additional fee on top of that feels like he's trying to take advantage. Proper maintenance work should uncover problems without a separate service call charge. Overall, I wouldn't recommend him if you value honesty, transparency, and respect for your time.

Their customer service was fantastic, however their first visit only lasted about 10 minutes (for 3…read moreseparate structures on our 5-acre lot) and was completed by Leo. When I checked to see that all the wasp nests cobwebs were removed from the front of the home, they weren't. I then called them to come back out and ensure that they get those items, since that was something that we were trying to mitigate. The wasp nests were removed, but sure enough the cobwebs were all still left behind. I was able to get those down myself, so I'll just be taking care of this work myself moving forward rather than paying over $150 for a half-completed job.
