Their customer service was fantastic, however their first visit only lasted about 10 minutes (for 3 separate structures on our 5-acre lot) and was completed by Leo. When I checked to see that all the wasp nests cobwebs were removed from the front of the home, they weren't. I then called them to come back out and ensure that they get those items, since that was something that we were trying to mitigate. The wasp nests were removed, but sure enough the cobwebs were all still left behind. I was able to get those down myself, so I'll just be taking care of this work myself moving forward rather than paying over $150 for a half-completed job. read more

However after briefly talking on yelp, Charles was kind and honest enough to explain I would best go with a different specialist. He could have easily charged me to come take a look and provide his services which wasn't really suited for my situation, but he took the time to do the right thing, asked me questions about my situation, and gave me 2nd opinions on results I had, and made the proper recommendations, all for free and spent quite a bit of time answering my questions and concerns! Even though I did not use his services, I want to leave a good rating to let others know that this company has good and honest people, and I would not hesitate to use their services if needed. read more

Nope. They get 1 star for being fastest to respond, and 1 star for showing up when they said they would. But that's it. Reasons I won't use them again: They charge for the inspection up front ($189 but they actually tried to charge me more, adding a "credit card fee"), where most other companies will do a limited inspection for free. They won't give you a quote on the treatment until you pay for the inspection, so you're already invested with them (they will credit the inspection fee back if you choose them to do the treatment). Their price was the highest of several bids I got. They prioritize GETTING PAID over everything, including solving the problem they want you to hire them to fix. read more

Charles and Leo are amazing inspectors! I would highly recommend using them for any home and pest inspection needs. Charles did the home inspection for a home we were buying and at the end of it we knew more about the house than the seller did! He was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through everything, was able fn show us how things needed to be fixed also and gave us options which was super helpful! His actual report was great also, including pictures and videos of his findings. Leo did the pest inspection and you can also tell he knows what he is doing. They found dry rot and other items that we wouldn't have found on our own. Will be using them to fix the dry rot and for any future needs. I definitely feel like I can trust them. When I called Afton was super helpful and got me set up right away for these inspections and she was super pleasant and responsive with any follow up questions I had and getting a quote over to me for potential repairs. If you are needing a home and/or pest inspection use them! They also do seeer but we already had that lined up or would have used them also. read more

Charles did an outstanding job on our home inspection! It's our first time buying a home and we wanted a very thorough inspection as well as a mold test and sewer inspection on a short timeline and he was able to get it done. The same day I called he was able to drop by to pick up the air sample for the mold test, run the sewer lateral scan, drone the roof, and even took the time to use his thermal detector on a specific spot where we knew a leak had occurred recently. The report he gave us was very prompt and detailed and when we went back after the final inspection for a walk-through he did an excellent job describing all his findings and the level of concern they warranted. We also really appreciated that he described how to fix specific things to save us from needing to hire a company to do it. I would highly recommend Trifecta to anyone looking for a very detailed and thorough home inspector, he also found many items the seller's inspector had missed. read more
