I couldn't get them open or closed. But in January 2024, I used Lugg to haul it to Boris and he transformed it into magnificence. Unbelievable. Beautiful. Fast forward to this fall, I had an antique desk that I'd picked up off the street about 20 years ago. Its finish was so bad, I just painted some ugly red marble finish over it. Many coats. Then I put glass over the top. I had it like that for 20 years. It wasn't ok, but first the glass cracked and when I tried to remove it, it stuck to the paint and wrecked the surface. Plus being near a window, there was much sun damage. So I took it to Boris and he worked his magic, restoring it to its original walnut finish. I simply cannot believe how beautiful it is.
