Zero stars! Worst quality. Claire's jewelry lasts longer than this stuff. 3 Necklaces broke and they don't stand behind their product. The website claims founding principles but they are not being honored even at the corporate level. Me and my fiancée visited this location today on 8/25/2024 around 1:30pm to look at watches for our upcoming wedding. we did find a couple that we liked and that my fiancée would have liked to try on and most likely buy. we did try to get the attention of two employees that we assumed were busy. but another person walked in a couple minutes later and both of the employees were right on it and helping them. we finally thought we were getting the attention of one of the employees who unfortunately ended up looking me and my fiancée up and down and walked into the back. my fiancee was very upset. i am very disappointed in a company who claims they have great customer service! read more

This Morgan's is located in the South Towne Mall and I chose this store over others in the same mall based on Yelp reviews. I am pleased to report my experience was just the same as others indicated - this place is awesome. So here I am on Christmas Eve, needing to get a nice gift for my wife. Due to crazy work schedule and deadlines I sadly ended up being this late getting her gifts, but I didn't need to fear. The service I received was incredible. Michael, who it turns out is also the manager of this store, was amazing to work with. Even though I had to wait due to other customers he was attentive and apologetic of the wait, it gave me some good time to look around honestly, but the fact he continually acknowledged me was a good show of customer service at its best. Once he got to me, he was very friendly and helpful. I was able to find the perfect item for my wife. End to end it was an awesome experience. I can not say enough good things about Brandon and Heather! Brandon took all the time me and my soon to be wife needed to look at engagement rings to find the one she truly wanted. After about 12 minutes talking with him and my bride to be, I talked to Heather who quickly and quietly ran my credit report why Brandon kept her distracted ( the man read my mind and made shure she found the right one!) My wife to be went to a diffrent store for me to talk with them. During the time Brandon had the ring ready, ( once again he knew what I was thinking) we picked one hell of a rock! And it fell no short of what she deserves. They let me walk away all pissed off and told he to curse, yell get nasty what ever it took to get her off the sent. It did not work she knows me to well. I went back two days later to pick it up and was a little worried that they sized it to small. I should not have worried at all! It fit perfectly! I am now going to marry my best friend and the love of my life and it would not been as amazing of a proposal with out them to help this unknowing shmuck out. And they educated me about diffrent stones. They suggested a stone that was just under a dimond and slightly cheeper along me to go a little bigger. Will 8 be back for the wedding ring or my band? If I could give 0 stars I would! I am incredibly disappointed in this jeweler. We bought a gold chain bracelet for my daughter's first birthday. We had her name engraved in it too. It took way beyond the "next Wednesday" deadline before we could get the bracelet. We waited for their call as they told us on the day of purchase. When we went to FINALLY pick it up, there was new adjustments to be made and by the next visit, the piece of gold we were supposed to leave with to adjust the chain as my daughter grew up had magically disappeared. We called and went back several times but this piece of gold was "nowhere to be found". The bracelet got very scratched over a few weeks and her name was almost impossible to decipher. Soon the locket kept opening itself up (keep in mind my daughter is a toddler and can't open it herself) and getting lost every other day. Now she's lost the bracelet for good and boy we should have anticipated it! Small jewelers in Mexico do a better job than this jeweler! I will not come back and not recommend! read more

The service I had was wonderful. Very helpful staff. I have been in there about 6 times in the past two months trying to narrow down my future hubby's ring and each staff member I spoke with was professional and kind. (They have a nice selection for mens bands by the way) I'm not too sure of their prices in general but the band I bought was a little pricy for a mens ring but it's really nice. It's what he wanted so we went for it. I had an issue with the sizing after I purchased it and since I bought the insurance they were able reorder me a new one at no extra cost. I would def recommend this place to others! read more

It's nice to be able to walk into the store and have the person at the counter remember you and do their best to help you find what your looking for. OK so we were told to come in and they would issue us a refund. Turns out they no longer use the guy that botched my wife's ring and we were not the only people having issues from him. They hired a new guy that seems awesome! He showed us his slide show of jewelry he has made from start to finish which really made me open to having him work on our ring the next time. I also received a full refund and they gave my wife a little gift bag with earrings and jewelry cleaner for her ring. I'm very open to giving them a second chance! When I found my deceased mother's lost diamond necklace in a baggy, all knotted up, I was so upset as I spent hours and hours trying to untangle it with no success. Until I remembered my close friend praising Morgan Jewelers at South Towne. Before heading over there, I thought, 'well, it can't hurt.' So I make my way over there, honestly with not much hope. But as I walked in, I was beyond pleasantly surprised by the genuine concern and willingness to help me. They said they would gladly take a look at it and told me I could shop around for a while as it was seriously a HUGE knot haha and it would take a little longer. When I came back, still not expecting much, I was blown away as I was greeted again with cheek to cheek smiles and an untangled necklace that they had put in a box so neatly so it wouldn't tangle again. My expectations were not only met when I left, they were exceeded. So grateful for the love and help I received. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Highly NOT Recommended: My husband and I got my wedding ring around April, the ring was perfect! We got married in June and my stone (Opal) was very loose, in November my stone got lost. It had fallen out because it was so loose. So, my husband and I took back my ring to get the stone replaced and it was no cost to us since we had gotten the lifetime plan on the ring anyway. We went into the Morgan Jewelers in the South Towne Mall on a Sunday and the gentleman that had helped me had said the Jeweler would be able to have it fixed and I would be able to pick it up on the next Friday. I went in on the following Monday and they had said that my ring was sent back to the Manufacturer since their Jeweler was unable to fix it and that it would take a couple of weeks but didn't know how long. They said they would call me the next day in the morning, when I had asked why the first gentleman did not tell me it would take so long and why he had told me they would be able to fix it, they said he had only been there for a month in a half and doesn't know all of the info for rings to be fixed. Later the next day in the Afternoon the lady had called me and had said their Jeweler was able to have it fixed after all and that they were going to get it fixed and ready by that Friday. Saturday I go in and pick up my ring, well, the stone was still very loose. They had fixed it on the spot and one of the gentleman asked how everything was, when I had told him my experience he asked me what I wanted them to do about it because the owner of the store was there, I asked him what they could do and he grabbed the owner and he asked my experience so I told him, he looked at me and asked what he wanted me to do about it, the jeweler then came out after fixing my ring, the owner had taken a look at it and said "it looks really good," I had told him that it does but the experience could have been so much better and Im an upset customer, again his response: "so what do you want me to do about it". HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, TERRIBLE at showing compassion from their level of customer service. Highly NOT Recommended. read more

This jewelry store is one of the best. I've always been greeted or helped by the nicest people at this location. I recently had mine and my wife's rings rhodium plated and not only were they the least expensive (out of any others in this area) but they were only out about half the time as other jewelry stores were quoting and best of all...they did an excellent job. The friendly down to earth service you get at this location can't be beat in my opinion. read more
