Customer opinions and negative feedback appear to be removed or hidden on their Facebook page, which suggests an attempt to control the narrative rather than address legitimate issues. If a business truly stands behind its product, it shouldn't feel the need to silence dissatisfied customers. I'm posting this here because honest reviews should remain visible to the public. Based on repeated experiences and how feedback is handled, I will not be returning. Others deserve to know before spending their money.
