Some of the packaged goods look kinda old (maybe it was my eyes) and I doubt if there is quick enough merchandise turnover here. The bathrooms are clean (and located indoors). The attendant was nice enough. There is NO SIGNAL in this area. NONE. Its like we'd crossed into some invisible cellular Bermuda Triangle where all signals go do die. I imagine a cellular service map of the state would have a black hole direcrly where we were located. We only ended up here because we needed gas and Waze has us on these weird out of the way back road highways thru SC. So if you are ever in the area and you have to get gas.... Just do all your wifi and calls before or after you leave the area

Not only that, they managed to leave out an entire sandwich while putting the associated side in the bag. I'm at a bit of a loss on that one. Food-wise, I'll give them credit, though. The wings that we ended up sharing were real good: the skin was crisp but not crunchy, and the meat was tender instead of being overcooked and dry. Both the lemon pepper and the Carolina gold were flavorful and had just a hint of kick (coming from someone who would probably die to a jalapeño).

A lot of Flying J's and Pilots claim to be RV-friendly and that's not true, unless you're pulling an 8-foot popup. About 10 minutes later, Truist emailed me stating Pilot in St. George charged me an additional $151. I called the store and the employee said it's a deposit fee and you they won't cancel it. I called Truist and Truist said it will take 7-10 business days to dispute the $151 charge. If you want to avoid this headache, buy your fuel somewhere else. Thankfully, it was easy to file complaints on the websites for the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs, Better Business Bureau, and Federal Trade Commission.
