Went to auto parts store to buy heet and diesel kleen. Still not running right. Have to take to mercedes to repair. Hopefully there's no catastrophic damage. I do plan on taking legal action. First time we stopped for fuel, soured our whole trip. Do yourself a favor and stop at the other stations a few miles down the road.

About 10 minutes later, Truist emailed me stating Pilot in St. George charged me an additional $151. I called the store and the employee said it's a deposit fee and you they won't cancel it. I called Truist and Truist said it will take 7-10 business days to dispute the $151 charge. If you want to avoid this headache, buy your fuel somewhere else. Thankfully, it was easy to file complaints on the websites for the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs, Better Business Bureau, and Federal Trade Commission. Alright, a bit dated but have to leave this. Driving through…read morethe middle of nowhere South Carolina on my way to Ohio from Florida. Pull over to get gas. Jeep would t start. It's a million degrees outside and kids are going crazy. Fun times. No clue what's wrong or what to do. Enter an employee from this location named Shorty. Believe he may have been from somewhere in the Caribbean. Shorty and I push my jeep from the gas pump to the garage where semis are repaired. I assume he's a mechanic. He told me to wait in the gas station that he'd come get me when he figured out what was wrong. 15 minutes later Shorty pulls up in front of me in my jeep. Battery died. Charged me for the battery and that was it. I went to pay for the repair but there was no bill. I was asked who worked on my jeep. When I told the lady Shorty she got a puzzled/ concerned look on her face. Shorty is a janitor, he's not supposed to touch cars. I didn't care what shorty was because I was on my way back to civilization with cold air conditioning.

As you exit, you'll see Carter's ahead across 78. You make the left onto 78, a right at the light, and an immediate right on Motel Dr (the access road).
