It is served by the 2 and 3 trains (Fulton Street is the next station towards 148th Street/241st Street and Clark Street is next towards Flatbush Avenue or New Lots Avenue). [The other station is Wall Street https://www.yelp.com/biz/mta-wall-street-subway-station-new-york on the Lexington Avenue Line and serves the 4 and 5 trains. Because that's not confusing but it's how it kind of has to be.] There is a mezzanine level where there are the usual ticket vending machines and turnstiles. Below that is the platform level with an island platform that is quite narrow especially at the north end. As always, be especially aware of your surroundings and try not to be standing between someone and the tracks. This is the last (or first) stop in Manhattan. South of here, the line travels under the East River via the Clark Street Tunnel to Brooklyn Heights. The station has multiple exits, only one of which has escalators - that's the one to the lobby of the 60 Wall Street building and is not open full time. Make sure you are getting on the correct side of the platform depending on where you're going.check the schedules as not every line stops here. There are ticket kiosks and an indoor waiting area. It's alway better to get your tickets before you get on the train. This is usually the first or last stop before or after Penn Station. Easy ride.

This station has to be one of the most nicer looking station in nyc .very historic and if you are in to old infrastructure this is a place to visit. Those looking to get to Barclays Center take this as the cheapest way. It feels cheap. There's no coming in style. Actually the station is older than the arena. This was serving the area long before that. Get here for a cheap way to Barclays Center. It's much better than paying a ripoff for parking. There's also plenty of transfers.

A smart decision indeed. It only cost us $4.50 per person to take us to the pier at East 34th Street. Just a year earlier, we boarded the Circle Line by paying the $70 Premium pass for exclusive access to the top deck for a carefully timed two-hour cruise. We enjoyed it, but considering the significant cost difference, this one was quite a deal. Not only was it a simple commute, but it was a genuine tourist attraction no one really talks about. Going straight to the upper deck, we were able to take in the stunning skylines of Manhattan and Brooklyn. Same as the Circle Line cruise, we traveled underneath the Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Williamsburg Bridges. At a relaxing pace, the ferry made three brief, interim Brooklyn stops: North and South Williamsburg and Greenpoint, and they offered alternative views we would've not seen otherwise. To get to Coney Island you have to switch to Q. Heading north, the tracks have both express and local. This is a good place for making a switch. B runs express. This is on weekdays only, as the Q runs local on weekends It has stairs and an elevator. Outside are a few places to eat. There's a liquor store and some Asian restaurants.

It runs from the end or beginning of Queens and Manhattan. It starts from the Midtown Tunnel and runs thru Queens and then all the way thru Long Island. I generally don't travel that far East but my guess is you can drive on this highway for two hours or so to get to the end at the Long Island end. I want to say its fro the most part a three or four lane highway. The fourth lane definitely helps to have an extra lane. The traffic on this highway can be pretty bad, especially during rush hours.

The age of this station is very high but its super convenient location on Kings Highway near Coney Island Ave and Ocean Parkway make it highly preferred nonetheless. It's a very simple layout with 1 street-level entry, stairs down with a fork for the 2 directions. N train service is regular with 3 minute frequencies at rush hour, 17-22 mins on weekends. The B82 & B82-LTD serve the station's 1 exit. The stop is a long and clear one meaning less traffic chokepoints. Staffed booth at street level is very helpful. Lighting is good. Safety is good except perhaps at the extreme ends of the platforms as the entry is on 1 platform end.

If traveling through this stop on the weekends or weeknights, it's definitely worth it to check the…read moreschedule ahead of time to see if there are service changes...there frequently are. The platform for the F/G is outside, which is refreshing when inside platforms are hot and stuffy in the summer but can be a bit chilly in the winter. If you need to get to the Coney Island bound R train you may need to take the F/G platform to get there, which seems to be confusing for some. Overall, a pretty decent subway stop given that the chances that all three trains (F/G/R) are not operating is low. There is a booth where you can talk to an employee in the above-ground station on the east side of 4th avenue and another one at the below-ground Manhattan-bound R entry point also on the east side of 4th avenue. There's one guy who cleans up the trash inside the station who is hilarious and will tell you stories.

To make a connection from the F train to the R train, get off at 4th Avenue. You'll need to travel…read moreup or down 83 stairs to do this. Watch your signs carefully when exiting because there are different staircases to reach Manhattan and Bay Ridge. There are no elevators at this station, and the MTA has no plans to install one.
