Come the day of servicing, we were nearing the end of the service window so I called as I took a half day to ensure I would be there during servicing. The women on the phone let me know she was going to get to the bottom of why no one had come. Never heard from them again. No one showed up or reached out to rescedule or offer any apology. They insisted on a spesific day, when at the time of sceduling had offered several other days that would make it so I wouldn't have to take off work. I agreed and did what was convenient for them and they couldn't be bothered to show up or even give the courtesy of a phone call. Awful.

Mr Rooter was recommended to do our sewer pipes as tree roots were growing into the pipes causing…read moreback ups in my cellar. it required them to dig up the lawn which they did and they worked on it during the winter and were done in just a day or two which for obvious reasons was very helpful. my cellar had been a mess. they totally fixed the really bad problem with the backup onto the floor. I dealt with John Wayne for the pricing of the repair, and Josh, Scott and Dakota for the repair. John Wayne a very fair and honest guy who kept the quote as is, even though we hired them to fix the pipes months and months later. because of the digging during the winter, they had left 3 large mounds of dirt, which were unsightly, but necessary as the ground was all rock hard with snow and they would remove when the weather was better in the spring. months later now in April, Josh and Scott from Mr Rooter came back and did an absolutely excellent job fixing my lawn removing all the hard dirt and tilled so I can now get grass back in the spots. Mr Rooter from John Wayne to Scott and Josh and Dakota, to the office workers are all fantastic and very good at keeping the customer updated every step of the way. I totally recommend Mr Rooter! The cost was 10x what we would have paid for just the septic cleaning but it really looked like we needed it. They completed the actual work but left our lawn a mess! Piles of dirt everywhere and when we called to complain, they were not helpful at all. Upon fixing the lawn ourselves, we found that they threw the old septic parts into the piles they left. These parts would have caused extensive damage to our lawn mower and someone could have gotten hurt. Only after all of this did we find out that the drivers/servicemen work on a commission basis! Now we really doubt all of the repairs they did. DO NOT TRUST THEM FOR RESIDENTIAL WORK!!!!!!!!! At the very least, do not trust that they will return your lawn to normal. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - we wish we had!

Since then…read moreI've needed their technicians to come repair it on 12/11/2024, 12/31/2024, 1/2/2025, and have had technicians from other HVAC companies (Isaac and Holbrook) come out to attempt get it working on 12/5/2024, 1/16/2025, 6/6/2025. Today (1/27/2026) we woke up to no heat once again. There are no repair companies in the area besides Chiodo (who don't seem to be able to get it working) willing to work on this unit and, based on the eror code, the the control board has failed so all I can do is replace it with a new boiler after only 3 years...would not recommend.
