Horrible, horrible experience with these people. Read all the reviews you will find a common thread. There are other plumbers in the area who will gladly do the work. They advertise 24/7, I had called at 3 o'clock in the afternoon hoping I would be able to find someone to fix my sump pump. The person who answered the phone said someone would get back to me within the hour. I waited until 800 pm and called with no answer. They never had the decency to contact me to say they were not able to do the work.. I called one their competitors and within minutes someone called me back and we scheduled an appointment. Look around you will be sorry if you are fooled by this company. They should be fined for false advertising.

The customer service person was very helpful and only told me what the plumber told him. These people never showed or even bothered to contact me. A total disappointment. I then proceeded to contact another plumber and they were here on time and excellent to work with. AP Plumbers should be held accountable for what they advertise and stop their false advertising.
