They advertise 24/7, I had called at 3 o'clock in the afternoon hoping I would be able to find someone to fix my sump pump. The person who answered the phone said someone would get back to me within the hour. I waited until 800 pm and called with no answer. They never had the decency to contact me to say they were not able to do the work.. I called one their competitors and within minutes someone called me back and we scheduled an appointment. Look around you will be sorry if you are fooled by this company. They should be fined for false advertising.
