We had to bring our Ridgeback, Lennie to the ER last Tuesday night. At the time, he was immobile…read moreand being just under 100 lbs, it was nearly impossible to get him off the floor much less to the car. We called Two By Two and were very lucky to get Silvia. She was already on a pick up but took down my info and said she would get back to us as soon as she could. She came to our house, gurney in hand, and proceeded to treat Lennie as though he were her very own. She quickly calmed his nerves (and ours) and gently eased him onto the gurney, making sure he was securely fastened in, yet comfortable and then was able to place him in her van and follow us to the ER. After a couple of hours in the hospital, Lennie was able to walk out with us and go home. The next day, I got a call from Silvia wanting to check in with us and see how Lennie was doing because he was now in her heart, which immediately secured a place for her in ours as well. It takes great patience and compassion (not to mention strength) to do what she does and she does it extremely well! We are very grateful to Silvia and to Two By Two for making what would otherwise be a very scary situation, a little more bearable. We were very fortunate that Silvia took our call on Tuesday and Two By Two are very fortunate to have her in their employ.

Highly recommend. Making the decision to put down a beloved pet is heartbreaking. Two by Two made…read morethe process as easy as they possibly could. From the start, you can make all the choices from their website. I especially appreciate this, as talking to someone about it was difficult due to my emotions/tears. They were available to answer my question with a phone call when needed. When the time came, I got a call prior to arrival so I was prepared. Both the host and the vet were amazing people. They were caring, compassionate, and professional. Allowed us the time we needed to say goodbye. Gave our baby their love too. She passed peacefully in my lap in her favorite spot on the couch. So glad we chose to do it in our home...so worth it to not have her last moment be scared at a vets office! It gave our other pups a chance to see her loss too, so they weren't left wondering why she never came home. It was also more affordable than other option we looked into. When the time comes for our other beloved dogs to go, I would definitely use them again. Thank you for helping us through this hard time

We recently used Just Like Home's boarding services for our two dogs, and unfortunately our…read moreexperience was disappointing -- primarily due to communication issues and overall customer service. The onboarding paperwork alone was surprisingly extensive. It honestly felt more like completing a college application than signing up for pet boarding -- long, detailed, and somewhat confusing. While I understand the need for policies and waivers, the process felt overly bureaucratic rather than focused on making pet owners feel comfortable and confident. Before boarding, we were told we'd be able to check in on our dogs via camera access, but no one clearly explained where to log in or which room they were staying in. At one point, we couldn't see our smaller dog at all. We called during desk hours to ask for clarification, but no one answered, and our call was never returned. When we picked up our dogs, they appeared shaken and not themselves. While they seemed to have been fed properly, their behavior afterward concerned us. One of our dogs -- normally very confident and social -- stayed unusually attached to me for about a week after pickup. When I later took him to his regular groomer, he had a panic reaction when I left, which is not typical behavior for him. I can't say exactly what happened while they were boarded, but their reaction afterward was noticeably different from past boarding experiences, where they usually come home relaxed and happy. Another frustration: their paperwork encourages customers to contact them directly before leaving reviews about concerns, which I tried to do. However, when I asked to speak with a manager at pickup regarding the missed calls and communication issues, my request wasn't acknowledged, and I never received a follow-up call. That lack of responsiveness was particularly disappointing. Because of these combined issues, I personally wouldn't choose this facility again and would encourage others to carefully consider their options when selecting a boarding provider.

Would I recommend them? Does a bear crap in the woods?! JK!... but seriously YES! 1000% yes…read more I had to get my bunny transported from Idaho to Southern California (yes, a bunny road trip), and this company was incredible from start to finish. I had a laundry list of care instructions, and not only did they take the time to actually go over them with me, but they made sure we were all on the same page before the trip even began. Total piece of mind. Tayvonna, the coordinator, got everything booked super quickly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She was efficient, kind, and made me feel like my bunny was in good hands from the jump. My driver, Joe, is a literal gem! He kept me updated the entire time with photos, shared his location throughout the trip, and responded to all ny texts and calls like we were besties (but in a totally professional way). I never once had to wonder where my bunny was or how he was doing. You could tell Joe actually cared- and honestly, my bunny looked more relaxed in her travel pics than I do on vacation! Bottom line: This team is legit. Professional, communicative, and clearly animal lovers. If youre on the fence, hop off and book them (bunny pun intended). Id absolutely use them again.

We have only ever boarded our dogs since we moved to Las Vegas and I didn't like them being left alone at night in a kennel. I think it just adds to their stress of you already being gone. So I searched for an in home sitter to make things easier for our two dogs and two cats. These two are excellent at what they do and have the calm nature your pets will respond well to. Angyla came over to our house for a complimentary meet and greet which is such a great service. It's nice to see your pets interact with someone new. My dogs loved her and my German Shepard mix just sat next to her and demanded pets the whole time!! She even played fetch with my crazy cattle dog and he's very nervous around new people. Angyla took notes and really listened to me about my pets and their quirks. We ended up booking their overnight services for 7 nights and Angyla kept me updated with photos and texts which we really appreciated. My son missed his cats and she sent photos of them which he appreciated!! Their rates are very reasonable and our house was very clean and our pets were so happy when we got home. The biggest compliment came from my husband who said this was the most relaxed he has been on vacation in a long time and I give Hey Buddy ALL the credit for that. I have to add that Angyla walked my dogs every day and they are strong pullers and can be reactive! She impressed the heck out of me doing that. Cannot recommend them enough for spoil your fur babies while you're gone.

Sugar Plum was in all of her glory for the weekend and I was able to enjoy a trip without stressing out. The communication was thorough and every visit. I would give this company 100 stars if I could. They will be my go to people from now on and I suggest you make them yours as well!
