My little parrot, Cleo, that I had for 40 years passed in November 2025, I called her and she was very sympathetic and explained everything to me. We lost our baby Nala 2/11/26 Martha was amazing I called her 5:15am she was at my house by 5:45. Walked straight into my home and gave me the biggest hug. She talked to Nala calling her beautiful the whole time. After she got loaded into the car we got to say one more good bye. Turn around time was less then 2 weeks. Unfortunately I lost my best friend of twelve years a couple weeks ago. It was instant and heartbreaking knowing there was nothing I could do to save him. I miss him everyday. The next morning, after a very hard night of trying to sleep, I contacted Martha at Cosa Bella Pet Cremation to see if she could assist with the remains. She instantly took the call, answered all of my questions, and stated that she could pickup my buddy in about an hour. Martha arrived at the time she stated. She was professional, empathetic, and extremely caring throughout the whole process. Was there some initial paperwork? Sure. However, after contract completion she gently wrapped him up and placed him in her vehicle, asked if I wanted to say one last goodbye, and gave me a hug on her way out. It took about two weeks to get the results, but they were perfect, absolutely beautiful. Note that if you're looking for a quicker turnaround time, this may not be the solution for you. However, the final product is exactly what I was looking for and I couldn't be happier. I cannot say enough nice things about Cosa Bella and Martha. I called a several of the cremation services. The one I have used many times had raised their prices too high for me. One service wanted me to take my pet and put her into a refrigerated locker myself. From the first time I called Cosa Bella I had a good feeling. At roughly 5:30 at night almost a month ago, I was about to clock out and head home from work when I got a phone call I'd never forget. It was from home, my kitty who'd been by my side for 15 years was no longer able to move. She wouldn't make it through the night. I rushed home from work to find my Aura laying down, she turned her head and meowed at me one final time - as if to say goodbye. I laid next to her and pet her continuously for the next five hours, I believe she was content since she would wag the tip of her tail each time my hand went down her back. After her third deathrattle, I picked her up and just like that - she was gone. I didn't know what to do next. I turned to Yelp and Google, found a 24 hour place with great reviews but I called them twice and they didn't answer nor return my call until the following morning. So my search continued and that's how I found Cosa Bella. I would sleep maybe two or three hours before getting up at 5am to call Cosa Bella. I called and Martha surpassed any and all expectations. She was caring, patient, empathetic, professional, and kind. She had arrived at my home in about one hour's time to pick up my Aura. A few weeks later, Martha personally delivered Aura's remains along with a stunningly beautiful memorial & certificate. The memorial included a couple of really, really beautifully thoughtful surprises. I was brought to tears, I can't say enough how happy I am to have found Martha in this time of need. It will be a long time before I am ready to have another pet, though if you're reading this and looking for help through tragic moments you've found the best option in my humble opinion. read more

Cosa Bella Pet Cremation is a ln extremely compassionate and affordable after care service we used for our 15 year old pittie girl. This company makes this unfortunate process of aftercare bearable. Cosa Bella came to the house for pick up and returned the remains two weeks later. The total cost includes cremation, paw print, tuft of fur, documentation with paper paw prints, and a beautiful frame with poem. The owner was empathetic to our situation, and was extremely caring with the body when picking up. I definitely would recommend using COSA BELLA cremation for your aftercare needs. read more

I had used Cosa Bella once and I was very pleased, so when another Fur Baby of mine crossed The Rainbow Bridge I texted them. I was told that the lady was with her family, but she would get back to me as soon as she got home and she never got back to me. I texted her and she said that she would let me know in the morning what time she'd be over to pick up my Fur Baby's body and she didn't contact me till about noon! I see there are good reviews here but my experience was less than comforting. My experience with Martha from the beginning was red flags, from the texts I have received to incorrect paperwork contracts and all other things in between, excuse, because she said she didn't have an administrator as they were out sick. More problems then occurred down the line in which Martha went on to explain that her administrator who was sick, right after, now went on vacation according to her, leaving her short handed still! Martha also stated my dog was cremated and then later retracted that statement as she said made a mistake and he was not! The reason, because she did not know how to run the new machine which does the cremation process, to my horror Martha started to explain that process to me in detail! Like I said it was horrifying! She also stated in that text, if she wanted she could just give me other remains like some other company did called 1st Call Pet Cemetery, which was odd to bring up in the circumstances. I did show this information to my Vet who recommended Martha as she was top on their list till now, as our other place we use to take our dogs to closed after years and years of great business. My Veterinarian to say the least was saddened and shocked! I did finally however get my pet back through my Vet and this too was to be a home delivery but ended up being not the truth either or as stated on my contract. In closing if I can say one nice thing, that in the end I do feel in my heart we did get our Bentley back and the end product was very nice.
