Wildwood Pet Cremation took excellent care of us with compassion and empathy after the heartbreaking loss of our baby Hudson on August 29th. We were looking for Private Cremation And Viewing services (we chose this following sanitary procedures) so I called in the afternoon of the passing and an appointment was set for the next morning. The owners and others there were respectful, kind, hard working and accommodating to our requests for additional keepsakes. We watched through the window as they took our baby's many paw prints and hair clippings while treating our baby's body with the most gentle love and care. As we waited for the cremation to finish in a provided waiting room, we were kept up to date with each step and process, At the end stage, we were told it was finished and if we wanted to look through the window and see the aftercare procedure. Afterwards, everything was brought out to the waiting room and shown to us (with my babies ashes still warm). They framed, bagged, boxed and packed up everything so gently and beautifully as we watched. Again, they were gentle and genuinely compassionate while talking to us, no rushing no fake sympathy as I've unfortunately seen before with other cremation places. The whole process took around 5 hours and we got the honor to bring our deceased baby here ourselves in dignity and take his aches and keepsakes back home on the same day. Wildwood Pet Cremation was for us that little shining light of hope during our dark time of grief and sorrow.

A month since I lost my little guy. The two women (sorry I forgot to get your names) were amazing. They were very compassionate during the process. You can tell they truly care. His little medallion said he didn't have to wait long to be cremated. He was brought back home in a very beautifully made memorial for him. Thank you Wildwood. Miss you Lucky

Thank you for making saying goodbye to my best buddy, a little easier.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. We have unfortunately had many occasions that called for Wildwood Pet Cremation, and I can't imagine going through the heartache of losing a pet without them. Their incredible service and kindness brings closure and love to an otherwise heartbreaking time in all pet owners lives. The low cost ensures this priceless service and brings a smile and great memory every time I look at my shelf of angels. Thank you for your service!

The staff does an incredible job caring for and watching over our dogs--they truly take pride in what they do. We've tried other doggie daycares in the past, and this one has been by far the best. Our pups are naturally very nervous and not big fans of people, but the team here has consistently gone above and beyond to build trust with them. Because of that patience and care, our dogs now look forward to their camp days, and we love being able to see them playing on the cameras. I feel completely comfortable recommending this place as a safe and caring environment for your pup. I know how difficult it can be to leave your babies in someone else's care, and this team truly puts our minds at ease. We genuinely enjoy this place and will continue to use their services.

I'm a bit iffy on this place. Why? So I have been to a few of the daycares around town. There's a…read moreparticular style of daycare that I don't find to be very stimulating for dogs and this place kind of fits that format. While it is convenient for me, when I watch the cameras, it looks like the dogs are just wandering around like zombies. Usually other daycares have more interaction with staff. There's maybe one staff member to like 15 or 20 dogs. The other thing is I'm not entirely sure they actually understand dog behavior. Because a lot of the dogs are restless and have zero structure, they don't have great socializing manners. My dog is an intelligent breed who will correct dogs who are rude or in his face and it gets tiring for him if he's doing that more than the staff. So when they told me that they had put him away because he was air nipping at dogs, that was strange. I've never had a report of him having behavior issues. Now if they had told me he seemed tired and needed to be to decompressed, that's fine. Maybe it was the staff's wording. And why she needed to report it to me I don't know because that's just a normal part of daycare and dog behavior. So after reading the reviews I did see instances in which dogs that are being aggressive to begin with or annoying aren't being corrected and then when the dog goes to correct them, which is dog etiquette, the dog who asserts boundaries to protect themselves gets punished? That to me shows a lack of understanding about dog behavior. I've watched the webcams at other daycares, and staff know how to separate dogs or to keep things from escalating and know when it's appropriate to put a dog away in a crate for a little time without making the dog feel bad or without making the owner think there's some big issue. I'm trying to gauge whether he actually likes going here. He comes home tired but not looking happy. And whenever we go there in the morning, he tends to whine, which he doesn't do at the other locations we've been. So this one will probably start getting rotated out of his daycare choices for the week. But on the positive side, I do like that they have a little events for the dogs or special treats and get your permission. I just don't feel very confident that it's anything more than just like a room full of dogs all walking around in circles. Like at least interact with them a little bit? Maybe add another counselor or two per group? Make me feel like everybody is taking classes about dog behavior and understand different dog breeds and how dogs are meant to interact? Also the webcam never seems to work very well. I'll watch on the phone or don't even try to watch on the laptop and it goes in and out but at least they have a webcam because barx parx doesn't. And there may be people and dogs who love this place or love the locations in other parts of Las Vegas but for intelligent breeds, I just don't think this place is very stimulating or matches well with his needs. Maybe this is just what happens when you take a bunch of dogs regardless of personality and throw them in together. Dogs have different play styles and some dogs are annoying to other dogs. But here, it just feels like a major free-for-all. The staff are mostly friendly, but maybe also communicating different things to the dog owners in a different way would have probably avoided me feeling less confident about this place because now I'm worried about who my dog is with during the day. If you don't know dogs, that's kind of concerning.... And I'm not seeing anything in my experience or my dog's reactions or through the webcam that makes me feel confident... And with that many dogs per one counselor, I can see where it would be easy for a dog to get hurt.

We had to make a last minute trip to California so we had to find a reliable person to take care of our 4 month old Goldendoodle. We stumble across Nancy's service on Yelp, asked for a quick tour, and knew our puppy is going to be in good hands. Nancy is kindly, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Our puppy can be a devil if she doesn't get enough exercise, but she is OUT at Nancy's by 8p (which is unheard of in our place) Nancy board no more than 4 dogs at once so we know our puppy got plenty of socialization without being over crowded. It is also important to note Nancy's spot is a home environment and not a facility, therefore it is a very comfortable environment. Nancy will adhere to your request and schedule for your dog, and will consistently give you updates on how your doggo is doing. Lastly I also want to say and recognize how professional Nancy is. On our way back, we got stuck in LA rush hour traffic and was 2 hours late to our scheduled pick up time. Though it is extremely important to be punctual, Nancy was able to cope with our delay without any issues! Thank you Nancy! We are definitely customers for a lifetime!

We were greeted by a very nice lady who lead us to the "luxury suite"; we were surprised by the warm facility which smelled of urine. The cat suite was spacious for a cat and enclosed with a full glass door; the toys and flooring in the room were zip tied together and frayed, the bedding and towers were covered in fur and dried food. I expect some wear and tear, it's not realistic to provide new toys and bedding for every cat but I do expect basic maintenance and cleanliness! Our biggest disappointment was location of the cat room , advertised as a calm space was directly next to the dogs; everything could be heard in the cat room, no sound proofing at all! This advertising for the suite was misleading and I never would've booked if I read honest reviews. I also need to recognize some positives, the response for scheduling was quick. once I reached out requesting updates, photos were sent the same day or next day with a follow up text . Great location if you're heading to/from the airport or staying on the strip. Upon pick up my kitten smelled of urine; we bathed him twice and had to discard many of his toys. Tip- schedule a tour of any facility, don't rely solely on reviews or conversations with the facility.

Out of some desperation, I decided to reach out to Antonio and am so glad I did. From the get go, Antonio was great with my challenging dog and I really appreciated Antonio's balanced approach to training; rather than saying "oh you have to use this tool", he remained open to various tools and quickly identified which would work best for my dog and me. Antonio explains the rationale for everything he does and supports dog owners, even when we inevitably mess up or do something wrong! After 6 private lessons, my dog is a dog I never imagined I'd have. He can comfortably be around strangers and is less stressed out/calmer in public. And so far he's been absolutely amazing. I'm a believer that it's the human that needs to be trained more than the dog. Because I'm the one that's gonna be helping my puppies. And lately it's been a little different for me and I definitely need some assistance. So far one of the things that I've enjoyed and has helped me feel confident about him is the way that he speaks and how he communicates information. I don't feel like he's talking down to me like I'm a dumbass. And I've worked with a lot of trainers. I've always felt like that's been important and I have a lot of things to learn always no matter what. And often unfortunately , there's been a little bit of that conflict. Or I'm the stupid one and they know everything. And I believe that they know a little bit more than me most of the time. And some of them have been very condescending and I don't appreciate that. And I usually tell them. But I have to say I have never once felt that way with Antonio. He speaks clearly and in a way that I can understand him and if I don't, I ask him to maybe say it differently because I didn't get it and he does and he's calm and patient and doesn't get all rattled and honestly right now. I kinda need that. Because I'm getting kind of rattled. I need some help. So far so good they're going two weeks and I'll give updates.
