Marco worked with me over the phone and discussed all the variables involved in detail and explained the process and fees associated. The prices were extremely fair and confirmed the move. On the day before the move Marco once again confirmed the move and on the morning of the move they called to advise us they were on their way. They arrived on time and brought the larger truck as I had ordered since we have extra "stuff" with all my children. We had boxed everything ahead of time and had most of it in garage but not all. They had the garage loaded in about 20 minutes. I was amazed at how quickly and delicately they got our washer and dryer from upstairs down to the truck. Everything was loaded in under 2 hours as Marco had suggested in the quote. The movers made it to the new house without incident and were quick actually beating us in our cars. They got everything moved into the new house without any issues and couldn't have been nicer and more efficient. They wrapped the items needing it and taped up drawers etc... I'm sorry I do not remember the names of the crew that did the move but they busted their butts with all our "stuff" and handled everything as promised... thank you Marco and your staff!! We will use them in the future and I highly recommend them after our experience.

They had one young guy named ARMANDO and two old men and one with a handicap. The young one in charge ARMANDO has the biggest attitude problem and wanted to argue with me and make smart remarks. He has an issue because I called and complained about his attitude to the office, so he further displayed one. His attitude changed once he saw there was men around and that I was a female on her own. After I complained, the office kindly stopped answering the phone. Save your money and go some place else because a normal 5 hour at most move and my previous movers did it in 4 hours moving from a house to the 3rd floor apartment has taken 7 hours. DON'T DO IT!!! I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH POOR ATTITUDE WHEN I'M PAYING FOR A SERVICE!!!! AGAIN DON'T USE THEM AND SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE, BEING DISRESPECTED AND A LOT OF MONEY!!!!!!!!!'

I clarified w/owner Blake my move details verbally & text regarding time constraints. Tenants lease a dock from the City, it closes at 7PM. The moving truck must be out, then the freight elevators close at 10pm. Job was to start at 2:30PM. I reminded the guy who arrived first (Will) of the timeline. 2nd, one of the guys was 10-15 minutes late. But the charge clock was started at 2:30 anyway. They showed up with no dolly or tools. Luckily I had one. Then the late guy actually knew my neighbors & frequently stopped to call out "Jenna" the whole time. My brother & I had moved everything downstairs except two recliners & a shoe rack. We boxed everything up that we could, for easy packing of the truck as I'd recently been hospitalized & wearing a heart monitor on & my bro wanted to make it easy as he had a flight. Boy were we wrong. Took them 1+ hours for the boxes alone. 30ft max from house to curb! to load the boxes alone. They kept asking for more boxes, I asked them what else can you do. We were on a timeline. I asked Will if he told his partner about Being at the dock by 5pm. He said he no, I did, & confused he asked me if this was a load/unload. I went inside to call the owner. Blake asks me if the guys said they could stay. (So they thought the bad a 5 hour load job? How?) At 5:30p we left with 85% of my things. Gave them the address an instructions on how to get to the dock. I arrived at 6:05PM. They're lost, I give directions again. I start unloaded. 6:13p they pull up. I literally with my heart racing helped unload the truck even the fridge. Oh yeah and they broke and scratched up so much stuff as they were loading/unloading. We just now had to get the items off the truck before 7pm as the truck had to leave the city dock but there are cameras w/an officer so my items would be safe as they made the move inside. But here's the kicker. At 6:46pm, we have finished unloading the truck. Wait! You read that right! The same truck they "loaded" for almost 3 hours. It's 1BR apt worth if things, a fridge & two bikes. Anyway, I take them inside, show them the path & how to use the elevators to get moving upstairs. The guy tells me after the 5 hour mark the rate would be $37.50/hr due to the confusion or whatever. I gave them the fob and key to the empty apartment so they could work while I moved the truck. I left at 7:09pm. I got back, & yes the truck rental was far due to it being early in the month. I had to drive 40 min one way then get access when I got back, as I'd left my fob w/them. The movers didn't answer my calls (likely to lack of service down at the dock). I get down to the dock finally expecting to see some progress, all they'd done is move my things 50ft from the dock to the elevator door. Now outside of the cameras & police tower view. I asked them in awe why not upstairs. The guy replied "oh we wanted to get it all closer to the door so it's less walking". Now I'm pissed. It's 9:13pm. No way to get it all upstairs by 10pm. I called the owner again!! Asked why did he send me guys incapable of doing this job! He basically listened & offered to send me another crew the next day at a discounted price. I said how? As I'm paying NOW. He charged me the full hourly rate anyway as I stopped the clock! I was paying for nothing basically because I had help load/unload. Sick no less. Well from 2:45p to 9:19pm the second photo shows how I ended up with this company. The owner called back, said he'd thought about it & would get someone out the next afternoon for no charge! Duh! I already paid YOU. MY THINGS ARE OUTSIDE in a tunnel, unsecured! I said I'd have to sleep outdoors now b/c they moved it outside of security! I'm livid and just say ok. I called my brother who's made it home to Houston to start asking for help finding emergency movers while I load the elevators. I made two trips upstairs by myself before 10pm. SMH. The emergency movers showed up & since it was after midnight I ended up paying the same amount I had to the first company for TWO HOURS of work!!! Luckily I'd been making videos of the progress to build a time lapse of the move & captured their slowness. I can fully support this review with visuals!! DO NOT use them!! You're wasting your time & your money. I don't know anyone who wants to trash money!! The owner did text the next day, asked if I still needed them. I simply replied "nope". Worst experience moving ever. They weren't qualified nor prepared & the owner knew that! Because when he called me back to offer the "free" guys he said the guys he'd sent were hard workers but the other guys were his best & basically confirmed they needed supervision! Then why not send a supervisor????? We'd done all the work centralizing all the items for easy access!!! Please avoid them.

I contracted with Square Cow Movers for "labor" to load up a U-Haul It truck at my residence for my…read moredaughter-in-law on March 1, 2024. The workers did an excellent job loading up the truck. Unfortunately $450 was taken from my daughter-in-law's purse when she left her room for a few minutes. She discovered the theft within an hour and called the Southlake Police. They visited with us shortly afterwards and a police report was filed. The Square Cow Movers regional manager called us while the policeman was here. Our conversation with the regional manager was a waste of time. And I never received a call back from the owner of the company. In their documents that my daughter-in-law signed as they were leaving, it says they are not responsible for any theft, damages, etc. There are two issues: She didn't know the $450 had been stolen until after they left. And secondly, the initial agreement for services was with me, not her. I had no idea that Square Cow Movers wouldn't be responsible for any theft or damages. I have been very upset about this theft issue. I paid them $480 for their labor. Then I had to reimburse my daughter-in-law for the $450 that was stolen out of her purse. So it cost me $930 for 2 hours of labor. I will never use them again because their 2 workers could not be trusted.

I could literally cry, writing this review. These people tore a hole in my ceiling, moving a bed…read moreupstairs. I tried reaching out to the owner and received no follow-up. This is my new home and it's already ruined. I'm even disappointed with the services provided in our beginning conversation. The owner promised 3 men and stated that it would take "30 minutes" to also take down a playset. Not lying I have the text messages to provide it. I even provided pictures of the playset. When the guys arrived, they stated that they don't know why he said 30 minutes because it has many bolts that needs to be taken out. So the playset was never taken down. Fast forward to the actual move of the big items. I want to start by saying that the movers were very nice! But the owner did not properly communicate the need for this move, which puts them in a terrible situation. These two men tried to do an entire 5 bedroom house move in 3-4 hours resulting in a large hole in my ceiling and one of the movers throwing up extremely bad in my restroom from over exertion. I reached out to the owner and he has yet to reply with a fix for my ceiling, which was quoted $300 + by now 4 different places. I am extremely disappointed out of $600 for the move and now $300 for a hole that should be taken care of by the owner.

They sought clarification at a few points, and it was clear that they liked and respected each other. It wouldn't surprise me if they had worked for years together. They worked like a well-oiled machine, meticulously and carefully. They completed the work an hour and 15 minutes ahead of the projected time, all the while treating items with respect. We had packed many boxes and moved them ourselves, but there were many Home Depot moving boxes left over. They used those boxes, thus saving us the cost of paying for their boxes. I really appreciated this. Also,they are going to move the boxes that we ourselves packed, which saves us money. Maria was very responsive and patiently addressed all my questions and concerns prior to making an appointment. Rates are competitive and, most importantly, STRAIGHTFORWARD. There are too many moving businesses out there that enjoy adding extra/hidden charges -- so you keep guessing until the move's done and usually end up paying a lot more than you initially planned. With Full Circle, there are no hidden costs. The only variable is time. Which brings me to the third point -- efficiency. They're quick and have legendary stacking skills! We were pleasantly surprised when our move-out took about two-thirds of the time we'd anticipated. Move-in was also very smooth.
