Everything is done electronically, which means that appointment schedule, patient portals, televisits, are not only done efficiently, but there is minimal wait time. I have physically been to the office 4x, and have never had more than a 5 minute wait (I am not holding them to this standard in the future, but I think that is pretty amazing) The staff is incredibly helpful, caring and very professional. It is obvious that Dr Wessler and his management team have gone out of their way to create a culture and I feel privileged to being at the forefront of what should be a best practices over the next decade

After my appointment, the medication prescribed by the doctor was denied by my insurance. I was never contacted by the office regarding this issue or provided with any alternative treatment options. Over the next month and a half, I called the office five separate times seeking an update. Despite my repeated attempts, I received no meaningful follow-up. After finally requesting to speak with a manager, I was informed that the doctor now wanted me to undergo a different test before proceeding with treatment. This recommendation was never discussed with me during my appointment, and no one had previously contacted me about it. I was told that the test order/request would be emailed to me that same day; however, it has now been a week and I still have not received anything. The lack of communication, follow-up, and coordination of care has been very frustrating and has delayed my treatment unnecessarily. At this point, I have lost confidence in the office's ability to manage my care effectively and will be seeking another physician who can provide more timely and responsive patient care.

Your appointment was accommodated promptly, and your evaluation was completed within 24 hours of your request, with all necessary documentation forwarded to your surgical team in a timely manner. Our practice has served patients for over 20 years and maintains affiliations with major medical centers, with a strong commitment to professionalism and high-quality care. While we take patient feedback seriously, it is important that public statements accurately reflect the nature of the services provided. If you had wished to address preventive care concerns, you were offered the opportunity to schedule a separate comprehensive visit at no additional cost. Your appointment, however, was specifically scheduled for preoperative medical optimization and evaluation. I saw her only once - on September 16, 2020. Not in 2025. And, I saw her for a physical, NOT a preoperative medical examination. How fitting that she would get the wrong date and procedure. I've included in the screen shot the things I was billed for - infertility counseling among them. She states: "While we take patient feedback seriously, it is important that public statements accurately reflect the nature of the services provided." As you can see from my bill (and the other reviews here) she neither takes feedback seriously, nor accurately reflects her services accurately. False charges and offensive comments is her brand. Honestly, she should not be allowed to practice. Every time I am reminded of this appointment it makes me sick to my stomach.

This is a fact and I have proof. So I won't repeat my first review, I'll just stick to the facts here: my experience with her was horrible and I was traumatized for days because of her misdiagnosis. She was rude, dismissive and tried to subject me to unnecessary tests no one asked for as I only came in for a referral as directed by an ER doctor. Yes, I brought in my ER discharge papers but Milani wouldn't look at them. She made me take my clothes off in front of her and examined me without gloves on. Later on she tried to bill me more but I disputed that bill and didn't have to pay. She also scheduled unwanted further visits without my consent that I had to cancel or be charged. I now worry because she has my medical and credit card info. She is harassing me and I'll probably need to hire a lawyer. All I wrote here is true, these are facts and as such need to be known
