Came here to get an ultrasound and MRI for a minor check-up. The system at this place is super clean and designed to combat Covid. --Pre screening done online. --Before walk-in there is a texting process. --Masks are a must. --Not much of a wait, so you can sit freely alone in the waiting area. The staff were super friendly and efficient. I was welcomed and guided throughout the process. What I liked the best was when they notified me with my results. Super quick, not even 24hours later. I logged into my secure account and it was very EASY to read and understand. My... Pro... LIFE TIP to you: If you do NOT get paperwork, CD, or flash drive (results in your hands) of the work you get done then it NEVER happened. I had an appointment for a cervical spine MRI back in March and from the time I check in at the front desk, to the time I was called in for my scan, I was treated with such great care. If I need or if a friend or family member needs a scan, I'm going or recommending this place, they really saw care of quality, they want you to feel comfortable and if your not, the techs will try to help you the best of their abilities. I was in my appointment half hour to an hour, and a copy of the disc was done when I came out of the changing room. read more

My experience here for a scan was pretty smooth from end to end. I got plenty of notices from the staff about insurance requirements, scheduling and check ins. The building itself had parking and was easy to find. They have plenty of seating in the waiting area and I was seen by a technician in a very prompt way. The technician was also very professional and also walked me through the process in a very calm and simple way. Everything happened very quickly and test results were released quickly. I also got several calls about the status of my test. Overall it was as smooth as it gets which is generally rare for most medical related things I deal with in this country. read more

I've been here a few times in the past year, for CT scans and an MRI. Scheduling the appointments are super easy online, and the staff here is very kind and professional. Both times, I was helped by Elizabeth (if I'm not mistaken), and she actually remembered me, even though the tests were months apart. Of course, the desk staff and the technicians are important, but what's also important is how fast they read the report and give you your images. University Radiology offers to make a disk AT THE TIME OF YOUR APPOINTMENT, unlike other facilities, which make you come back another day or give it to you in the mail. The turnover for reports is very reasonable too. This is a bit of a drive from where I live, but I will definitely return here, if I ever need similar services. read more

The first contact is making the appointment on the phone. The representative was extremely patient, informative, and kind. I was able to schedule an early morning appointment, and she assured me I'd not have to take a day off from work because I'd be in and out in about a 1/2 hour to 45 minutes, and told me what to expect, and that I shouldn't worry so much. We had a lovely conversation and she was true to her word. A+ I picked up the drink a week before the scheduled procedure, so I got a trial run at how long it'd take to get there on the day of the procedure. They ask that you sit in your car before your appointment and will text you. IF you arrive by bus or drop off, do go inside; there is a bench at the inside corridor where you can sit. Due to the nature of my procedure, I needed to use the restroom, so I went inside to find a restroom on the first floor. I sat on the bench at the entrance and waited for the text. The text was on time and I went upstairs and signed in. I sat about 10 minutes before I was brought inside. The technician, I believe his name is Dominic, was also patient, kind, understanding, and he explained everything that was going to happen in detail. He was concerned for my experience that he didn't hurt me with the IV injection (my veins are hard to see), and afterwards assisted me from a laying down position to a sitting up position, and told me to wait until I get my bearings having just had an IV dye, my nerves, etc. I received a call a couple hours later that the results were in, and that I should hear from my doctor in a few days (that is another story), however, I was sent a link to the results that I could view myself. (Took a week for my doctor to call me with the results...I guess if it was worse they'd have called me sooner). Overall, anyone I dealt with there was pleasant and informative, and I feel like they cared, and they took good care of me. Recommended. read more

Excellent safety protocols followed during our crisis at the Teaneck location. They worked efficiently. Check ins from the parking lot through their websites worked well. A greeter checks you before entry, directing you to hand a washing station. The staff was friendly. read more

I have had mammograms done here for decades now the phones go unanswered and the "portal" is awful and apparently unsupported.

​NO RESPECT FOR PEOPLE's TIME. They call me 20 mins before to cancel my appointment. I am 12 weeks pregnant and had to drink 32 oz of water an hour before. They made me and the father lose a whole day of work. REASON THE BILLING DEPARTMENT GAVE ME: Kim said to me they don't do that sonogram there. WHEN I CALL TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENT: they say they do the sonogram there. WHO IS LYING???? REAL REASON: I asked to get a price to pay myself directly, the manager told me the cost for me was $210, which I told her was much lower than I expected. Then, last minute they called me to cancel. Honestly, I believe they undercharge me and decided to cancel my appointment last minute instead of honoring the price or assuming their mistake. I wasted my time, and felt frustrated... although all I wanted to do was to see my baby and know if he/she was ok. JERKS read more

Absolutely terrific service every time. They keep the equipment up to date, much more than the waiting room, but the equipment is what matters. Good safety. Friendly and highly competent technicians. Excellent radiologists with a good reputation in the region, they don't miss things that a certain large hospital in the area, which starts with the letter H and doesn't have Name in its name, completely missed. I am not kidding when I say Teaneck / University Radiology saved my life due to their high standards and flexibility. They are easy to work with and don't nickel-and-dime you. read more

Went for a medical procedure at the Teaneck location. Was asked by the registrar to pay a certain amount that was higher than it says on my insurance card. I paid thinking the price was high due to dedactible meeting. The registrar didnt bother to tell me that this amount was only AN ESTIMATION!!! so it turns out that a person goes to a facility , but never knows what would be the final price! 2 weeks later a bill comes in the mail- required to pay more. I called and tried to contact them- they didnt bother to contact me back.I will never ever going back to this place again.There are plenty of good places who respect the customer, and try to resolve their issues instead of ignoring them. The only reason I am giving this place a star is because the person who actualy performed the procedure was very nice and profesional, but the staff there...ugh. read more
