The shoe repair shop is still there and has been open forever but never see customers. On a weekend this place used to be busy with shoppers and popular place to meet up. Saw as many mall walkers as shoppers. Most shops had no one but a an employee. How do they stay open. Speaking of that alot of places have moved out and been replaced by something ridiculous like ball cap store or cats. Most all the stores I used to go to are gone. Jcpenny and Macy's are still there but very few shopping. In Penny's only saw 1 employee in the whole place and they were at the downstairs register. Only 1 open in 3 levels. How are people not robbing them blind. At Macy's they had a few ladies covering the perfume area but no customers. Sadly everything is going to online shopping and that makes buying fragrance a gamble. But from what we saw I'd say the mall is at risk of closing.

We were here for Firebirds but there are a dozen and a half others from quick order to sit down. Do you prefer shopping? How about Field & Stream and TJ Maxx? Hotels, movie theater and fitness center too. It's a busy place and getting set in the right direction was a challenge. I can not imagine what a mess this place must be during the Christmas season. What a charming shop with variety of hand-crafted, creative and funky gifts in one spot. Jewelry, pottery, glass, ornaments, and some cool arty, funky clothing - I could have purchased half of the store. I found a few small earrings for my Mom to treat her for the Christmas holiday and they wrapped in a gift box. The prices on those items were steep. Most of the larger household items like furniture or home maintenance essentials were visibly damaged. Lots of "ding and scratch" products. I wasn't very impressed with the prices, there were some bargains, yes. But plenty of the products were above the price point of other off price stores in the area. I also found a couple of health and beauty products that were labeled "not for sale in the USA" (see pictures) do with that what you may, but I was hesitant due to the uncertainty of the ingredients. Overall, if you're looking for an off-price store for various products, this would probably fit the bill. Is it the best? No. It's alright. It may be worth a look, but I'd recommend managing your expectations.

Also the staff is very professional and courteous. (That not available at many stores today) If I had to I would drive miles to shop at Home Buys.
