I asked if she could do the quote later that day and schedule a cleaning for the weekend; which she responded that she could give a quote but could not do a cleaning on the weekend. Sure that's fine. I asked her what time would she be able to come to which there was no response, then asked again if she would be able to do the afternoon the next day. This was an extremely frustrating interaction with Ashley due to very poor communication on her part after giving her another chance despite the no-show.

I called to make an appointment and the lady answers the phone "what do you want?!?" I go "I want to book an appointment..." and she goes "on New Year's Eve are you kidding me?!" I go "I'm confused are you open, why did you answer the phone?" Mind you, I never said book me an appointment today! All I wanted was to book an appointment to clean my house and to see what her schedule was! I'm genuinely confused how someone with this nasty type of energy even has customers.
