I was contacted at 12:15 by the property owner that no one has shown up. I texted her thinking maybe she was running late and asked the property owner to wait 10-15 more minutes in case she was. Ashley then contacted me that she was running 2 hours behind due to a family emergency. Life happens. I asked if she could do the quote later that day and schedule a cleaning for the weekend; which she responded that she could give a quote but could not do a cleaning on the weekend. Sure that's fine. I asked her what time would she be able to come to which there was no response, then asked again if she would be able to do the afternoon the next day. This was an extremely frustrating interaction with Ashley due to very poor communication on her part after giving her another chance despite the no-show.
