As I approached the turn off to my home he pulled up, waited for me at the light and threatened me to pull over and get my ass kicked. I should have gone straight to the police. Pretty stupid employee threatening someone with assault and battery while they are driving their employer's vehicle. I called JM carpets. Was told to call the owner the next day. I did. Left a message. I did get a return call but no call back number. Told he would be available the next morning. I called, and was told owner was gone for the day at 10:00am on a Friday. Told me to try again Monday morning. When I reiterated the nature of my complaint and I would report the incident to the police, I was given a cell phone #. Owner was indifferent. Didn't apologize and simply said he would talk to employee to find out what employee was thinking. So, I'll never shop there again and this story will be shared throughout town to anyone that will listen. Our town deserves better than this!
