We own a business in Fort Atkinson but my husband had on his work uniform and pulled up in a work truck. I drove in separately and was dressed casually as well. We entered only to be immediately blown off by an older, stuck up blonde woman behind the counter. She was very unfriendly and treated us as if we were imposing on her. My husband was trying to give her an idea of what we were looking for and she continued to cut him off and insisted that he downloaded an app on his phone as we stood there so he could basically "educate himself" on tile and have a better idea rather than Amy helping us out or showing us examples. It was very uncomfortable for us and she basically cut him short and pushed us out the door telling us to pick out tile through the app. I drove in from Oconomowoc and it was a wasted trip. Im surprised she didn't point us over to a roll of linoleum! Im not sure who this Amy is but she must be a big fish in a small pond or what.. but apparently doesn't need our business! TIP: NEVER judge a book by its cover. Don't dismiss potential customers because you don't think they can afford something. After reading the review below its obvious that we didn't just catch her on a bad day. Happy we went elsewhere!

Had a new tile floor installed. Tile was uneven and not level. Obviously subfloor was not prepared…read moreproperly. Grout was sloppy-uneven with grout piled in to hide uneven tiles or skimpy and even missed spots. Thresholds we're not installed properly. And even discolored. Quarter round was not nailed down or even installed professionally. The space where the floor meets the walls was not properly caulked. Tiles around floor outlets were very poorly cut and grout was piled in around to fill the terrible hole. Tile cut by a snack bar was placed and cut so poorly the subfloor can be seen. The tear out garbage was never hauled away. 17 bags of debris, rolls of carpet and carpet pad. Driveway cement was left a mess with debris from mixing grout and floor prep material. Lastly the patio door used to enter and exit was full of grout from dirty hands. Don't know how anyone could be proud of this work or even think it was ok to leave such a mess. Grout busters -it's a BUST ALL RIGHT!

He kept asking us for more money to buy more epoxy and we gave the money to him. We have proof with all his messages asking for more money and our Zelle payments. He never returned to fix the mess he made of our floor. So, yes, we called the police and took this thief to court. We won the court case because we had documentation and photos. Granted he didn't show to court, which also shows lack of character and still has not paid judgement. We are going to lien assets if judgement isn't paid in 30 days of this post. Read his replies here and the language he uses. Would you want that man working in your home own business!? Lastly, another reason not to hire Trever Dutcher is his recent 2024 mugshot. He showed up 2 hours late on the first day, and got the job started. The late start meant he couldn't get as much done the first day as he wanted. We made plans to meet early the next morning to finish the work. He never showed. He has never responded to a dozen attempts to contact him via email, phone, and text. He left the countertop uncut and with the front edge unfinished and several puddles of epoxy on the floor which won't come up. I had to do my best to finish the job, myself. I hope he is okay and nothing bad happened to make it impossible to finish the job. If that isn't the case, I'd say just move on. Not worth paying for a job to be started and left in the middle.

After deciding on my floors at Lowe's (LVP) I was told that this company would be contacting me within a day or two. However after multiple no-responses requiring follow-up after follow-up, a tech came out to measure my floors. The guy was polite and did his work, but after that they never contacted me again. I went into Lowe's and Lowe's reached out to them directly. A week later, still no follow up. I went back to Lowe's and ended up just buying the flooring myself. May be returning it if I can't find anyone to install it. Worst experience with a contractor to date.
