Longstory short, I had them put a custom PC rig together for me because I was struggling to do it myself (lol). During the waiting period, I was given a 3 day notice to prep for a 30 day field problem. Monster Computers did me a solid and worked on my PC while i was out in the field (as opposed to making me hold the parts and doing it upon return) so I could enjoy it once I was back. During this time, there were a few complications with broken parts I bought. I had very limited communication with them due to bad signal/being in the field, but for the small amount that I had, they helped out by returning the parts for me and using new ones i ordered to their location. They did absolutely everything they possible could to make sure that my computer was built and ready to go ASAP, giving me an impressive and stress free experience. Okay, this is about the same repair from the previous review. No, the iPad didn't break again. But…read morethe screen... Yeah, Touch ID still doesn't work. I always get a message saying "Unable to activate Touch ID on this iPad." though I've gotten used to no Touch ID at this point. The real problem, though. Sometimes, three fourths of the screen just stops working when I plug it in. It stays AFTER you unplug it too. The only way to fix it? Reboot it while it's unplugged. Then it will work until you plug it back in. If you reboot it while it's plugged in? Screen doesn't work again. It only works if you reboot it while it's unplugged. One thing to note, though. You can use the whole screen, but the part that won't work you have to press down on the screen hard. This is not worth losing Touch ID and having a broken screen.

I purchased a MSI 16" Vector laptop from Silver Knight PC. After 3 uses within a month problems…read morebegan. Eventually the computer locked up, I moved to Lealand (90 miles away) in the meantime and brought my computer on a Saturday when the store should be open. The website was not updated but a note on the door said they were closed. That was issue #1 with unprofessionalism. My second issue was that Silver Knight sends warrantied laptops back to the factory. Silver Knight cannot perform warrantied services on MSI equipment they sell. The problem was a day 1 issue with a RAM bank. MSI in the process of diagnosing a simple RAM issue wiped my disk clean. Basically, I brought a computer I purchased there for warrantied service and it was returned to me completely useless. I have been going through a laborious process to return the computer to a minimal level of usefulness. I would not purchase MSI computers and I would not recommend them for IT support.
