Owner was great! Was able to quickly and accurately pinpoint the problem on my older Acer laptop. Exchanged the damage piece, explained the issue and sent me on my way. My laptop spontaneously died and wouldn't charge. A new charging cord didn't do the trick either. Wouldn't turn on at all. What was the problem?
