Windshield Surgeons don't advertise as others do - they simply rely on Word-of-Mouth; and clearly they don't need to change this model because they're always busy. Why? Because as far as Customer Service and Autoglass services go - they're phenomenal (and no, I don't have shares in this company). I was lucky to have heard about them through a couple of my Cousins who had gotten their Windshield replaced by them weeks earlier. However, being the stubborn person I am - I still called around and collected quotes from 5 different Autoglass Shops to compare. In the end, it didn't matter - Windshield Surgeons came in with the lowest price for the work I needed to have done. Not only that - what impressed me was their impeccable Customer Service. From the moment I called - their Call Centre Reps were extremely friendly but not fake. They were efficient and though you could tell they too were swamped - they patiently answered all my questions and didn't rush me off the phone. They booked me in as early as possible which was for the next day! Then, when I arrived at the shop (South Location in Calgary, AB) the team welcomed me and didn't treat me like another number. Thus causing me to feel relaxed as I waited for my Windshield to be replaced. In the end, their work was perfect and I couldn't be happier. The only reason why I am here now is because of course I got a chip in my windshield the day before last driving on the freeway :-( but my mind is at ease knowing the Windshield Surgeons have my back. Avoid Crystal Auto Glass in Airdrie at All Costs!…read more I am beyond disappointed with the service I received from Crystal Auto Glass in Airdrie, AB. After a simple windshield replacement on my 2020 Ford F150, I've been left with a cascade of issues that have turned my reliable truck into a nightmare to drive and maintain. Due to their improper installation, water leaked into my vehicle, causing serious electrical failures, including the malfunction of my Bluetooth system and speakers. Ford has now confirmed that the Audio Control Module needs to be replaced, a costly repair that I'm being forced to cover. On top of this, the truck has developed a parasitic power draw that drains the battery completely if it sits idle for just 36-48 hours. Here's how this mess unfolded: April 22, 2023: Crystal Auto Glass replaced my windshield. Immediately after, I noticed wind noise at higher speeds, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. April 27, 2023: Following a snow and rain spell, I discovered water pouring into my truck, soaking the interior and causing damage. The improperly sealed windshield was the clear culprit. At this point, my Bluetooth system and speakers stopped working, and a persistent electrical issue began draining my battery if the truck wasn't started within a couple of days. April 27, 2023: I returned to Crystal Auto Glass, and their manager, Kim Kuzyk, admitted fault and agreed to cover repair costs. They reinstalled the windshield that same day. However, things have only gone downhill from there: May 5, 2023: Despite my follow-ups, Kim Kuzyk stopped responding after initial promises to address the situation. May 16, 2023: I scheduled an inspection at Cam Clark Ford, expecting Crystal Auto Glass to cover the costs as they promised. May 25, 2023: Cam Clark Ford confirmed that my Audio Control Module needed replacement but claimed there was no visible corrosion, brushing off the water damage as coincidental. Now, I'm stuck with a $2,000 repair bill, and warranty coverage was denied. The replacement part took over a month to arrive, and despite promises for repairs on August 17, 2023, I have yet to receive any communication or resolution. Bottom Line: The improper windshield installation has made my truck unreliable and unsafe. Crystal Auto Glass and their manager, Kim Kuzyk, have left me with severe electrical issues that they refuse to take responsibility for, and I'm warning everyone to steer clear of this business. Their negligence has caused me financial stress and endless frustration, and I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.

No one would take me because they were closing and the next day I was flying out on a business trip at 7 am so I could not bring it in then. I asked every place if I could just drop it off that evening and leave it for the next day, not one place could accommodate that request, accept for Jet Wash Auto Spa. Soon as I phoned they understood the severity of milk in a vehicle and wanted to help. They did an amazing job. I can't thank them enough for taking me in so fast and doing everything possible to save my vehicle. Not only did they do a great job, it was quick and affordable and they were so empathetic and caring to the awful situation I was in. Having your vehicle broken into is a terrible experience but they made it sting a bit less.

The WORST experience, please (!) find somewhere else to bring your vehicle…read more I called around the Douglasdale / SE area for a new windshield and based on pricing, I selected Go Glass & Accessories as they were approximately $20 cheaper than the competition and had good reviews on Yelp. Lesson learned....you get what you pay for. The one positive experience that I had with Go that I would like to start with, was with the receptionist. An appointment was available the next day, and she was very helpful and friendly throughout the process. HOWEVER, upon picking up my vehicle and taking it home for my husband to look at we were extremely disappointed and surprised with the poor quality of workmanship. The gaskets used were after-market and were for a Dodge Caravan. I drive a Toyota 4Runner and the gaskets literally fell off the same day. There was urethane smeared on the inside of the car, as well as dirt and marks, that should have been cleaned up. There were also scratches on the A-bar. The windshield made loud whistling noises, that they said would stop in a few weeks, who knows if this is true. The part that disappointed me the most was that there was a small scratch mark on the dash either from glass or a tool that was used. I understand that accidents happen and I do not expect Go to repair my dashboard, and while the mark was small it is still annoying to have damage done to your vehicle. However, when I brought it to their attention, Remon, who I believe was the owner, said that he did not believe me that the mark was not there before I brought it in, that his technicians do not lie and would have told them if they made a nick in my dash. While I of course do not have proof that the nick was not there before (it definitely was not), I think it is very poor customer service to accuse your customer of lying, especially when combined with the obviously terrible job they did with replacing the windshield. Remon offered to clean up my vehicle and try to install the windshield again. When I chose to take my vehicle somewhere more trustworthy, he did agree to provide me with a full refund, which was more than warranted. However, because I was getting a refund, he said that he would take the new windshield that they installed back (which is fine), but he wouldn't put my old one back in. He wanted me to drive my car somewhere else, without a windshield... I instead took my car to Easy Autoglass which is down the street and where the company I work for has had their fleet vehicles serviced for years. While it may be nominally more expensive, they are reputable, timely and do high quality work. Again, please, do yourself a favor. Save yourself time and the headache and bring it to Easy Autoglass or any other reputable company other than Go in SE Calgary. Lesson learned.
