As a business owner, couldn't quite understand why he'd do that at open event where kids were in attendance. I walked over and said, "From one business owner to another I'd suggest you not swear over the PA because kids are in attendance." His response, "That's the way I do things." I said, again, "Well, you may normally but this is an event with kids around." He was unapologetic and echoed his first response. Not cool at all. When you have guests, treat them as such no matter what you "do" normally.

I spoke with Stephanie who was very patient and helpful as I knew nothing about F45. Its a 45 minute work out. They have Cardio days, Strength Days and combo days. I signed in at a certain "Tier" and you are locked into a price that you pay per month. I signed up for unlimited classes. I am not sure what other options they have available. So I was so excited to get the email for their 1st day of class on Saturday January 22nd. They have an app that you download and pick and choose which classes and times you want and you have to book your class. I was told they can fill up and once they are filled you can no longer join that class. I have also seen people just show up and they were able to hop in that class. I think because they are new they still have room for people to just show up prior to the class beginning. I tend to go to the 7am or 8am class and there are not many people in it - with the exception of the first Saturday. I booked a 7:30 am class and it was very hectic and chaotic, although I am sure it was due to being day 1 - I will go back another Saturday because I am pretty confident they worked out the kinks. I tend to go same times so I get the same trainers. Paige, Alex and Travis. They are ALL phenomenal and truly the reason I keep going back! Do NOT be intimidated !! When you walk in (If you are not a work out buff, or not very fit) it can take all you have not to run out and cry and never want to go back lol. EVERY SINGLE exercise station they have they show you the way to do the exercise, then they show you a modified exercise for us newbies!! I went in today and they had pull ups on the screen and got nervous - they also had rubber resistance bands tied to the poles for a standing band pull to pull on the bands to work the same muscles. Bottom line : If you want to start out, and you are not sure where to go this is your place! I would highly recommend going in the morning because I really love the people I have interacted with. All of the customers are fabulous as well! Really happy to have found this place.
