Even if a policy is non-refundable, there is no excuse for yelling at a customer, interrupting them, or hanging up instead of explaining calmly. Refusing to provide a name and avoiding calls afterward only made the situation worse. If you expect people to follow your contract, your staff should at least be trained to communicate professionally and respectfully. Also charging for trying to cancel a membership a DAY after I was already charged is insane. Overall, I enjoyed the studio, which is larger and more spacious to where you don't feel you are on top of each other, especially when you are doing the floor and rower blocks. The coaches are great at this studio and ensure you are doing the workouts correctly and getting into the orange level for the heart rate training. For someone, whose home studio is the Royal Palm, the Wellington OTF location is a great alternative that's not too much further driving wise from my house based on the route you take.

Dwight and Melinda met me here on a Thursday morning to do an 'evaluation' and I loved the vibe of the place. They have more machines than any gym, it is small enough to not be overwhelming, but big enough for many people to train at once. I went today for a work out with Melinda and will be setting up our appointments this week to get on the ball. I plan on signing up for 3 months up front to give it that commitment. Melinda listens to you, asks questions regarding over all health, and does enough to bring you out of your comfort zone, but not too much that I do not feel comfortable.
