There are 2 packages you can choose from. You can choose to be a regular member at only $10 a month or become a Black Card member for an extra $10 a month and get an all access pass to the Planet Fitness Spa. The Black Card also gets you 50% off most merchandise in the store and an all access pass to any Planet Fitness location. Say your home location is right here in Bardstown, KY but you and your family take a vacation down to Florida. Your Black Card membership allows you to utilize that facility in FL at no cost to you. However, if you just have the regular membership, you're only allowed access to your home location. Black Card Members also allow you to bring a friend for free every time you work out. I bought the Black Card Membership for my husband and I. Your friend doesn't get all the spa perks you do but it's a great way for you to utilize a 2 for 1 deal at the gym. Finally, with membership you can cancel at any time. No cancellation fees and no member of the staff will hound you with questions as to why you're cancelling. It really is a great gym. This is so far, the longest running membership I've had at any gym. I love it that much.

How often does that happen at a gym? I can't say enough about Lisa, she's helped me along on my fitness journey and keeps setting me up with routines that keep me going. Everyone is respectful of each other and the facility. I love doing small group training classes and personal training sessions with my trainer Tonya. She is motivational and knowledgeable. She listens to what you need and targets that with exercises that will help you reach that goal. She's also aware of nutrition which is helpful. She is fabulous! Our small group training sessions are so fun. We laugh and are like a family. I'm so thankful we have this gem in our town.

They became like a second family to me. At the time I was working out six days a week. There was just so much going on at all times. The classes offered ranged from karate to dance. The gym itself is divided into three parts: a cardio center, a weight training section and a classroom. At one point, almost everyone in my wife's family was attending the daily classes. Even her grandmother went to the classes offered to seniors in the mornings. When you're finished with your workout, you can buy a delicious protein shake for a cheap price. Lanhams taught me about proper nutrition and I used it to my full advantage. I even got a part time gig with a modeling agency!
