The women were all very warm and welcoming. The space was really clean too which is important when it comes to gyms. I felt very comfortable here. The lifts were taught in a very educational way and it was clear that safety was of the utmost importance here, which it needs to be when we're talking about lifting heavy stuff. The environment was so supportive with everyone cheering others on. I can definitely see myself coming back for other classes after doing the workshop. The only disadvantage for me is that it's so far from where I live, so that's a personal downside not anything directed at the business. I'll definitely try to come back when my schedule allows for it though since it's been hard to find a good powerlifting gym around Denver.

My friend got targeted by a BOGO Instagram ad because working out is apparently all we ever do in Denver, so we decided to check out the location in Cherry Creek. I tried to be as prepared as possible, reading the FAQs on their website and purchasing my own boxing wraps from Amazon. Probably should have just gotten the glove wraps that are WAY easier to put on. Parking in this part of Cherry Creek is not too bad. Plenty of street spots a few blocks away. Rumble has boxing glove rentals for $3 and their front desk staff is always super friendly and helpful. They're on top of trying to sell memberships to everyone! Classes are constantly full and upbeat. It's just too loud to hear what the instructors are actually telling me to do, and depending on where you're stationed in the room, it's nearly impossible to see the visuals on the screen. There's two sets of rotations between the boxing bag and weights. Good variety of movement and music to keep everyone engaged. Overall I'm super glad I tried Rumble Boxing. They do a great job trying to curate a specific experience. It's just not for me. The environment and type of workout is a little too chaotic, and it's hard to understand what's going on. They seem to be doing well as a business, and I totally support anyone whose regular thing this is!

The trainers are not only extremely friendly, welcoming, and motivating, but their workouts are so creative and challenging. Every time I come in I'm given a new workout- they always keep it fresh. Throughout the pandemic they have done an excellent job at keeping the gym to capacity and increasing safety standards by distancing, requiring masks, and thoroughly cleaning each piece of equipment the SECOND after it's been touched. I started with Push to help rehabilitate from knee surgery (2 in the last year), and Marty is by far the best physical therapist i've ever been to. Each session is methodically planned to help not only strengthen my leg and enhance my mobility, but leave me feeling like I've done a full body workout. I came for Marty, and stayed for Kara and the rest of the trainers who continue to Push me twice a week towards my overall goals of strengthening my body after a rough year of surgeries.
