I've been to so many gyms in my life and this one has a CULTURE of clean. Everyone keeps the equipment clean and respects each other. Less meathead vibes than vasa fitness which I actually prefer. Dear Chuze Fitness Management, I am writing to formally appeal a decision made by Chris, the manager at the Aurora, CO location, to ban me from all Chuze Fitness locations. My name is Jeffrey S. Bowerman, and I have been a dedicated member of your gym, frequently working out with my wife, Debbie Bowerman. The incident leading to this ban occurred in February 2026 and involved a staff member named Cindy. At the time, I was dealing with significant personal and health challenges, including a broken foot and multiple hospitalizations, as well as serious illnesses affecting my brothers. During an interaction regarding the recovery and tanning beds, there was a misunderstanding about my membership level and the use of the mobile app. While I admit I became frustrated, I immediately apologized to Cindy and explained the personal stress I was under. Unfortunately, when I asked to speak with Chris, he upheld the decision to revoke my membership across all locations without, to my knowledge, reviewing any video footage of the interaction. My wife and I valued our time at Chuze Fitness, as it was a vital part of our routine and wellbeing. Being restricted to the local recreation center has been a poor substitute for the facilities and community at your gym. I truly don't understand any of the bad reviews on here, because this Chuze location is the best deal in Denver. And it is SPARKLING clean. For less than $25 a month, you get access to: Equipment, classes, pool, sauna, steam - what more could you want? It can get a little crowded at peak times, and the pool is a little hit or miss on cleanliness. But for what you're paying, it's easy to overlook. read more

Given that recent research shows that wet swim wear & sweaty gym clothes have around the same bacteria count, it doesn't seem to make sense. Other than that- 10/10! My experience is Chuze is mixed. I would not recommend joining. I find that about 20% of the excerise bikes don't function properly, and have not for months. So, to get a working bike for classes, users show up 30+ minutes early and place their bags on the bikes. So, the bikes that work can't be used by others. Now they charge a fee, it you miss class. In this light, if you show up and the bike is broken, the user should get a fee for a "no bike" show up. That is only fair. There are better places to work-out :( read more

Chuze Monaco is super busy, but this allows them to offer the most amount of classes. They have great instructors and coaches. My favorite instructor is Rachel P!!!! She teaches yoga, body pump, Pilates and Barre. Her Barre class is my favorite of all the classes I take. Rachel always provides clear directions, chooses great music, mixes up routines so they never get easy/boring and always brings fun and good energy to her classes. She's one of the main reasons I keep coming back! read more

This location was closer to my work when I worked. Right now I drive 27 miles one way to take Annette G's water aerobics class. I have taken classes from a total of 6 instructors and she is by fair the best. She has these resistance bands that really work your legs, Her classes are typically overbooked which is a testament on how popular she is. read more

Great facility, clean environment with clean equipment. I haven't taken a class at this location yet but I really enjoyed the yoga class at the other location on Bellview. I've also been to the location in the highlands and they are all pretty great. Never have to wait for more then 15 minutes on a hydro massage chair or the cold chair which is really nice and helpful after a good workout. Today I was created by Toni and she was delightful and relatable. Definitely made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. This is definitely a Quality gym for a decent price. My only complaint is that the infrared saunas at all locations never really work well. I've been to a bunch of infrared saunas over the past 6 years and the ones they have at Chuze aren't at the right temperatures hardly ever. read more

I've been a member of the gym for a year. It is suffering from its own success. Too crowded. The men's locker room smell's like shit. It's not as clean as it was when I joined and it's been inundated with rude people who will move your water bottle and take your bench while you're putting away weights and getting others. Or they take too many weights to their space. There doesn't seem to be any members who can dry their feet before leaving the shower area, close a shower door, or a locker when they leave. The employees are lovely, but what's the point if the members are self-important slobs who can be neither nice, clean, decent to others in their environment. I love this gym! Although it does get crowded at times, the friendly vibe helps keep people kind and willing to share. My favorite class is Body Pump and you have to go to Toni's M, W 6:00 am class to experience the high, happy vibe that's going to set your day right. They need more Toni teachers! A few things that could be improved: Their manual combo lock lockers get stuck all the time. They are old and need to be replaced. There have been several machines that have "pulled a hammy" as they say, and it seems to take forever for them to get fixed. That said, the cleanliness, friendliness and high vibes make this place one I look forward to going to. Oh, the hydro chairs help too! read more

I've been a member here now for over a year and I can't complain. It's very affordable and there are a variety of workout equipment and machines to choose from. The staff are friendly and greet you and wish you a nice day when you're heading out, but if you actually need something from them about half of them seem like they just started and don't know much. ("What's the wifi password?" ... * blank stare* "uh, she can tell you.") It was really nice though that when I checked in after my first visit back from pausing my membership for maternity leave one of the staff said "welcome back!" It was unexpected and almost made me cry because it felt like a milestone. Anyway, It can get crowded during peak times so I try to go during the work day. The pool only has 3 lanes but it is usually not busy at all. I've only ever had to share a lane a handful of times. The door to the pool from the women's locker seems constantly broken though, and propped open-- so the fact that I pay a higher monthly fee for a higher tier membership/pool access sometimes seems pointless because it seems anyone can just use it. The Chuze location in Highlands Ranch is a bit nicer (e.g., the pool area has windows). I saw several posts last year about cars getting broken in to and license plates and cars stolen from the parking lot, so I always make sure to lock my car and not keep any valuables inside. The kids' club is fine, although the prices have increased since last year. Still, $25/month isn't bad. It's $10/month after the first kid. The kids' club hours are unfortunately a bit weird -- 8-11:30 and 4-7, and capped at 2 hrs in the AM or 1.5 in the PM. The staff there are nice and helpful. read more

Post Pandamic update: This gym used be really good but now one of the worst fitness clubs in Denver. As a 3 year member, I witnessed how the quality and costumer service at this branch of Chuze dropped. Mostly the staff are getting wilder and impolite and extremely sexist. Great gym with friendly staff and nice equipment + affordable pricing which is always nice. My only hope for this gym is that they'd stay open late on at least one day between Friday - Sunday. Adding Friday makes the most sense because they're open til midnight Monday - Thursday, but I'll take whatever I can get. We just joined and Aidan was awesome introducing the place to us. He gave us an awesosme tour & the information he provided will be helpful as we use the facilities. He's a great asset to the team here. We were always leery of joining as the number of cars in the lot makes it appear the place is packed. Going during off-peak hours really makes a difference in availability of equipment and we never wait for anything. Chuze Fitness is an amazing modern gym located about 20 minutes from Downtown Denver. All of their equipment is really high end, and they have a good selection of weights to use. I came here during the summer months with my friend to workout, and my experience was always very good. The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful, and nothing is too much to ask for. Highlands Ranch location Absolutely incredible staff. Came in, disappointed to find my favorite pre workout was out of stock(not their fault it was late in the day) and before I could ask about anything else. This massive shredded worker Clint asked if i needed some pre-workout. Then without skipping a beat he sprints to the employee lounge to grab me some. Two heaping scoops later and I'm back on my grindset with a bellowing "hell yeah brother" from my boy Clint before knocking out several PRs. The staff are annoyingly/awkwardly friendly when you enter and leave. It's pretty obnoxious to have 3+ people greet you and awkwardly say goodbye. Hard to respond to that many people at once. Not the friendliest outside of those situations either. Also, the design of requiring you to scan the code on your phone to enter the pool area is idiotic. Chuze Fitness - Oh God, your staff on front desk real not friendly - Gyms Near Me - Denver, Colorado

I joined Chuze very recently. I do a lot of workouts at a high-intensity Pilates studio, and absolutely love it. However, I also wanted a place where I can do cardio or walk on a treadmill, especially during the cold winter months. At only $22 per month for the mid-tier plan, I figured I wasn't going to find a better deal, as most other gyms in the area start at $40+ per month for their low-end plans. Although I've only been coming here for a few days, I absolutely love it. The staff is super nice, especially Sailor. I love the concept of the cinema, which is like a movie theater but with cardio equipment. So far, I have watched Sixteen Candles and Mission Impossible while logging many miles on the treadmill. They also have massage chairs and infrared saunas, which are both included in the $22 membership. Most places in Denver that offer infrared saunas charge $25+ for one session, and I would imagine that chair massage is similarly expensive. But here you get all of that, as well as weights, cardio, a pool, and fitness classes. It's insane and amazing. I would recommend this gym to anyone who is on a budget and also wants fancy amenities. read more

How does a gym have ONE standing cable-cross machine, yet THREE different machines for calf-presses? Who does that make sense to? This gym has great equipment and amenities, but the communication amongst staff and members is terrible. You know what sucks? Showing up to the gym with a full belly of pre workout only to find out the water is out for schedule maintenance...on a day it was 12 degrees and snowing they wanted us to use the bathrooms outside and had no place to fill water bottles. You literally have every single one of our numbers. Text us. Not everyone lives on Facebook and follows your social media. Use real communication. Also, come up with a rule for the sauna about shoes. The door says no shoes, but one of your managers corrected one of your employees over the walkie and said directly that all shoes and sandals are allowed. Too many people doing circuit training on machines when the gym is full, also.... But tbh. The competition out there for gyms with good equip and amenities is super sparse, so I still recommend this. read more

I have been going to Chuze for over a year and I am so so so happy with my membership and would recommend it to anyone! 1) Team training is the best class I've ever taken. I love the diversity of the workouts and it keeps me accountable and motivated! It has truly changed my athleticism. 2) David is the best gym manager. At many previous gyms I used to belong to, I didn't even know who the manager at the facility was. He is always so friendly and welcoming when I see him. Chuze Fitness - Gyms Near Me - Denver, Colorado

I still like Chuze a LOT better than 24 Hour or Planet Fitness but wanted to share a few updates. While they've added more equipment, including free squat racks, it is definitely getting very crowded, making it difficult to get one that's available. The barbells are equally popular and they only have one of each from 20 to 100 lbs, same as the EZ bars. Thankfully, they have plenty of benches and dumbbells in the free weights section, so I almost never have an issue with things being taken there. I do feel like the amenities (tanning, movie theater, massage chairs) attract a certain clientele. I simply prefer a more "hard core" gym experience like Gold's , and not one where grunting is frowned upon. Are we here to put in work or get massages? I've spoken to staff numerous times about the locker rooms being freezing cold. They have the AC running in the middle of winter. Nothing is being done about it, and I've overheard women in the locker room complaining how cold it is. Adjust the thermostat, it's simple. There has been no hot water in the women's locker room for several weeks- another issue that should have been addressed and has not. Washing your hands in ice water is not fun. Overall still a great gym but they need to address the maintenance issues. I've been a paying member since they opened and don't appreciate being ignored. read more
