Before joining, I tried out quite a few other gyms (Alchemy365, F45, Barrys, FitWall, TransFORM to name a few...) looking for a workout that was tough as hell and would push me, but also a place that wasn't intimidating. E3 was that place! The gym is clean and well-maintained and whether you are an avid weightlifter or cardio enthusiast, this gym has many classes to achieve your fitness goals. All the coaches deserve immense praise for their unwavering dedication and professionalism. Their friendly and positive energy is contagious and they'ree always available to answer questions and provide personalized guidance. They definitely go above and beyond to ensure members feel comfortable and are maximizing their potential. E3 has an inclusive and supportive community. It's refreshing to be a part of a gym where individuals of all fitness levels are encouraged and welcomed. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete (there's lots of them!), every member is treated with respect and encouragement. The positive environment motivates me to push my limits and achieve my fitness goals. Give it a week and you'll never look back.

This is the most intense full body workout I have experienced compared to any other gym - period! I even did Crossfit consistently for six months and this doesn't compare. I thought maybe some of the other reviewers hadn't worked out much which is why this seemed so hard...nope I was wrong. Be ready for a seriously hard workout every single time. But you also leave class feeling super accomplished and ready to tackle any obstacles! The coaches are encouraging, upbeat and pay attention to form. It's a different workout every time so your body won't get used to any one movement. Now it's important to point out that even if you aren't mega fit it's ok! You can modify anything and take it at your own pace. It's not some crazy bro competitive atmosphere either, people are there to work on their personal goals and fitness - that's it! If you want to build muscle/lose weight, sign up for the free week stat. You're likely to get into the class even if your waitlisted FYI, just be good about checking your email! Parking is easy. Be sure to bring a water bottle and a small towel for sweat!

The instructors (Ryan and Cory) were welcoming to this newcomer and every day is different, so it was easy to jump in despite not being a regular. Each class involved multiple rounds of exercises targeting different body parts of the body utilizing free weights, body weight, other equipment like jump ropes and steps, and lots of cardio. It's not easy, but the classes really fly by! The instructors were motivating throughout and blasted music to keep up the energy. I went early in the morning and street parking was easy to find outside. They have some cubbies to put your stuff, as well as a water fountain, but don't expect too many other amenities like towels or showers.

    I've been going to this Fitwall location for almost 2 years and I cannot express enough good things…read moreabout the team and the workouts! First off, Fitwall classes are designed to give you a full body workout in 40 minutes. I have found that I sign up by my instructors as they are typically the same for each class by the day. The classes cycle through a 3 week process that gets gradually tougher each week. Mondays - Friday classes en corporate strength, cardio and flexibility. Mondays are the most strength and weight focused, and each day gradually includes more cardio until you get to the Friday class which is 90% cardio and the perfect burner you need before the weekend. While you get to know and learn all the instructors different routines, Drew and Alyssa have been my go to from day 1. Drew and Hannah always have incredible insight into the kinesiology behind your moves and while all the coaches love to push the class to achieve the most from your workouts, these two specifically always provide perfect recommendations for anyone with pain points and their modifications make sure that you are staying inline with the rest of the classes exercises. Huge shout out to Alyssa and Amanda who are remarkable as well, they exemplify the all around continuous motivation. Exactly what you will need by the 30 minute mark of each class! I love how clean and well kept the gym is, as well as the dependable communication of this team. I started going to Fitwall during Covid, and last winter had a number of scares. The team was amazing at making sure everyone was staying safe and that the gym was aware of any issue or possible outbreaks as we all adjusted to the new normal.

The classes go by quickly and I do enjoy how each station is set up with the equipment for all your needs. They also have videos at each station so you can see the moves preformed in real time. Only a 10-15 minute drive from Downtown with free underground parking steps away from the studio.
