Each had its own personality and vibe, but Alaka'i CrossFit had a different energy that kept me coming back for more. The size of the gym itself is huge, and includes three bathrooms and two showers. The equipments are well maintained, and the members do a great job of cleaning up after themselves. The programming is awesome! I've had a few friends try out Alaka'i CrossFit, and they all loved the programming and the coaching. The coaches here are very helpful and motivating. We actually get coached. But back to what made me call this place my home-box... the energy is hype! The members here are so inviting and encouraging. They made me feel welcomed from day one.
