He has membership durations to fit just about any need. With the membership, you get 24/7 access. No front desk person to deal with, simply swipe your fob to gain access, and get after it. Setting up membership and gaining access is super easy. The owner is extremely responsive, and provides all the necessary forms to fill out via text. All payments made via Venmo. He gives access for the first visit, GO TO DOOR M. Not L. He'll open the door for you and guide you through where things are. The equipment selection is excellent. He has a large selection of free weights, and machines to address every single muscle group. There is also treadmills, elliptical machines, stair stepper machine, and a variety of fitness balls and other loose equipment for that unique workout. There is a water cooler and disposable cups on site. Along with a fridge stocked with Gatorade, waters, and protein shakes. You just grab what you need and Venmo payment over. There is plenty, I mean PLENTY of sanitizing spray bottles and paper towels littered around the gym, to help keep the equipment clean and sanitized. With that being said. Here's the deal. This gym is not manned 24/7. This is an adults gym. No kids are allowed. You're expected to put things back the way you found them. That means, reracking weights, wiping down the equipment. Basically, clean up after yourself. I can't recommend this gym enough. It's my go to when I'm here visiting. Check it out. You won't be disappointed.

Where do I even begin…read more.. This gym has now pulled the same stunt TWICE. Last year, they abruptly stopped accepting Active & Fit memberships with no real warning, forcing members to scramble and switch. I switched to Husk. Yesterday, I was informed they no longer accept Husk either. Just like that. Money already paid for the month, and I'm locked out of a gym I'm actively paying for. When I called to sort it out, I was told a manager would call me back so I could at least use the facility for the period I already paid. Instead, the person I spoke with on the phone laughed at me and hung up. Mind you, the manager never called me. The customer service is just the cherry on top of a very broken sundae. A sink in the facility has been propped up with a literal plank of wood for nearly a YEAR. Not repaired -- propped up with wood. The stretch room has barre handles affixed so loosely to the wall that they could snap off mid-use and seriously injure someone. Multiple pieces of equipment have loose bolts and missing washers. This is a liability waiting to happen. Paper towels and soap are routinely out -- in a gym, of all places. This place charges over $60 a month. For what, exactly? Broken fixtures, unsafe equipment, and staff that laughs at you when you have a legitimate concern? This location has been through 3+ ownership changes, and it's no surprise. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere that actually maintains its facility and respects its members. This is not it.

Now it's been overcrowded with teenagers for the summer as well which makes the experience even worse. I also wish this location was like other locations with having workout classes. The movie theater cardio room is a plus and the recovery area is also a plus. I hope once they open another location in Palm beach gardens that they take the members feedback and improves it substantially!

What is even more concerning is that I provided legitimate medical documentation related to a surgical injury and ongoing recovery, including my provider's credentials, signature, NPI number, and contact information, and was still met with unnecessary pushback instead of understanding and professionalism. As someone dealing with medical expenses and recovery, it is frustrating to have money taken for a membership I had already attempted to cancel and physically cannot use at this time. Customers should not have to fight this hard over a cancellation, especially when legitimate medical circumstances are involved. I truly hope upper management reviews how these situations are being handled because the experience has felt unnecessarily difficult, dismissive, and stressful.

I already have been a member with Crunch since early 2025. I love their gyms, and when I got to Florida, I wanted to try the gym here, but only had a base membership. My dad wanted to go with me as well, so I figured the best course of action was to upgrade my membership there instead of getting 2 day passes. Figured it would be cheaper in the long run, bc then I could visit any gym and bring guests too. When I arrived, I told them about my existing membership and said I wanted to upgrade. The employee said he understood, I don't remember his name but he seemed nice. Instead of upgrading my membership, he proceeded to give me an entirely new one without my knowledge. He tricked me when I had already told him exactly what I wanted, probably so he could get some kind of bonus for selling a membership. It took me 2 months to even figure out what was happening. I kept getting charged double membership dues every month, and it wasn't until I received an annual fee that I knew wasn't due yet that I figured out what had happened. I called the gym, explained my situation, but there wasn't a manager there. They said they would put a note for him. Days go by, no response. I called again, manager had "left early". This happened several times until finally one of them gave me an email for corporate to get things fixed. I emailed them, explained myself once again. No response, even to this day. The manager simply did not care. I kept calling, and calling. They owed me around $134 dollars. I'm already a member, but they were charging me 2 memberships, when if they had just upgraded me like they were supposed to, this wouldn't have happened. It took around 4 months of calling for someone to finally put in a request for a refund. The manager was there that day, but there was a nice female employee that handled it for me instead, claiming the manager was "busy". She should be the manager instead, since she actually has respect for paying members. Because I was trying to be a good consumer and upgrade my membership, I got punished for it. I should have just bought the two day passes for $30. They put in the request for my refund on May 21st, I visited this gym in early January. I am keeping this review up until I receive my refund, since I still haven't seen it pop up in my balance.

The "non-heated" yoga class is consistently overheated because the room is still set up for the hot class before it. --just a compromised experience every single time. That's not a scheduling issue, it's a lack of operational concern. Then there's the lighting. If you're on either side of the room, you're stuck with a bright light directly in your face the entire class. It kills focus and completely disrupts the environment. This has been brought up repeatedly, yet nothing changes--which at this point reads as indifference, not oversight. The sauna is even worse. The stone floor gets so hot it can burn your feet, while people walk in wearing sneakers--something that's both unsanitary and easily preventable if anyone enforced basic rules. On top of that, phones are allowed, which completely ruins the experience. You hear notifications, music, constant tapping--there's no quiet, no reset, no sense of calm. It defeats the entire purpose of being there. The relaxation areas aren't any better. There's no real attempt to maintain a quiet, restorative atmosphere. Noise carries, people treat it like a lounge, and the "zen" environment they advertise simply doesn't exist. And then there's the recovery area--where cost-cutting is painfully obvious. There's no staff consistently present, so if you want to use something as basic as a massage chair midday, you have to leave the third floor, go down to the fitness desk, and ask someone to turn it on. That's not convenience--that's friction built into a service you're already paying a premium for. All of this--for $330 a month. At that price point, these aren't minor complaints. They're fundamental failures. And the bigger issue is that none of this is new. These concerns have been raised over and over, and nothing changes. At some point, it stops being about the problems themselves and becomes about what the company is willing to tolerate. Right now, it's clear the standard isn't where it should be. Also, I keep being told to reach out to the management team. I have reached out to Susan more times and I can count with zero response. I don't know if this general manager position is remote but in all these years, I've only seen her once. And I don't get a response. So I have reached out to the management team with all of these concerns and absolutely nothing has ever been done.
