Bumped into CrossFit weeks back!! Minutes from Brightline. It is very spacious and clean. Ms. Savannah gave the unrushed 'Big Eye' tour! Packed with all your 'wheel'stetics to Aramox Fitness Ropes!' Etcetera...She mentioned her brother runs this location. Eh wow, of muscle tones veiled the floor scene. Yah think you in shape until 'Fitness' walk right up to you and say 'Come on In!' Was very IMpressed with their open and welcoming gym. AND I am not a go to the gym person, that's saying a lot! I will admit I was a wee bit shy!! LOL! All that changed when I walked in. Definitely, could use some of their cycling, strength training, for-real toned legs and tight calves....yes and yes. WOD Deets: It's more than a gym, it's a family here! I'm new to West Palm Beach and have done Crossfit and Crossfit style bootcamps since 2007 in cities such as San Francisco (Kelly Starrett), NYC (Black Box) and others (San Diego, Grand Rapids MI, and a long list of etcs). I was looking for a place to get a great workout and came across The Crossfit Squad. I really do think Crossfit Squad is one of my favorite Crossfit gyms. There's something about it when the coaches are crystal clear on their instructions, it's a super friendly environment, they've got all the equipment you need, there's no BS, and you just get down to business. Their app (SugarWod) is super helpful and it's really easy to check in and pay for drops in. The staff is just.. awesome. After my relocation to WPB from Denver I looked for a while trying to find a good gym to be part of. This gym is amazing. I have not really done heavy CrossFit before so I was a bit intimidated initially. The coaches are very helpful in finding what works for you and encouraging you to push yourself while being safe. This is not your run of the mill CrossFit cult type of gym. They over the Peak Physique classes that are more of a HIIT style which is amazing. I love this gym and highly recommend! read more

Teachers were great. They were respectful and nice. They provided great instruction. They could have pumped us on a little more. The WOD was solid, but the screen stopped working shortly after the WOD started so I was struggling to remember what was next. Box was clean and adequate. The clientele was weird though, not going to lie. I tried to slap some fives around in the beginning and introduce myself (like I do at every box I visit). I was met with only strange stares back. It's not the box's fault and might be symptomatic of the overall WPB culture, so no worries. But still kind of a weird vibe. I'll probably be back tomorrow. Maybe the people will be more inclusive during a different timeslot. read more

I'm really happy I took a chance on this CrossFit gym. Savannah and Angel have truly helped me perfect my form on everything from pushups to deadlifts. It's nice to know when I go to this gym not only do you feel welcome but you won't be left to the wolves, a lot of people push back on CrossFit because they are afraid of injuries this is my first time back in a CrossFit gym in 3+ years and because of the excellent trainers I have not even pulled a muscle while still feeling stronger every week. I've been coming to Crossfit Squad for the past three months. I switched from Crossfit to Bootcamp due to back pains but find bootcamp just as challenging. All coaches are super friendly and knowledgeable. Coach Anna is my favorite. She doesn't let me slack that's for sure. I love Their dedication and professionalism. I was in Palm Beach for a conference for a week and found that Squad CrossFit was within walking distance of my hotel. I emailed the box for information on drop in fees and sign-in procedures and received immediate response. Upon walking in to The Squad CrossFit I knew that I'd like to work out there the entire week, so I selected the weekly drop-in rate. It also allowed use of the Open Gym hours, which was perfect for me due to the conference attendance. The box is what a CrossFit box should look like. It is not a Gauche CF gym as they seem to become into fashion these days. It has everything you need including loud blasting music at all times. No air conditioning, but fans. It is perfect for real CrossFit. I cannot comment on programming since I was just a week there. But they have the classic lay-out of: group warm-up, strength, and MetCon that I also do on my own or in my box. The coaches and members were very nice and accommodating. I loved going there so much, that I ended up sore the entire week. The humidity in Florida is not easy on people from NorCal, but that just added to the fun. 5 stars isn't enough for this Establishment. The Cream of the Crop when it comes to all categories of fitness. I came in here and could barely lift a barbell. The classes are full of people from all levels of fitness from rookie to competitor. Coach helped me and turned around and helped an advanced athlete. The level of care was just the same for me as it was for the advanced athlete. If a certain body part is hurting I tell coach and they provide another movement that helps strengthen the weakness without adding injury. True professionals and advanced knowledge on their craft. So many different classes they offer something for everyone no matter what. They even have a beginners 1 on 1 course for us noobies to CrossFit where they go over the movements one on one to set us up for success. No excuses!! Incredible community where it is obvious everyone has each others backs. Before joining The Crossfit Squad I didn't have a clue about nutrition. Slamming pizza, tacos, and chocolate lava cakes off Uber eats at night was the norm for me. Crossfit Squad changed that with their Nutrition guidance program. A true game changer. Now I'm eating three meals a day at least, and feel healthier than I have in over a decade! This establishment cares and puts in more work for their people than any establishment I've ever been to.
