I've been a member of this gym for years, and unfortunately I'm now seriously considering canceling…read moremy membership because of an issue that should have been very simple to resolve. For approximately two months, I have repeatedly raised concerns about the ventilation and fan settings in the HIIT Zone and the studios used for Zumba and cycling. These are intense, high-energy classes, yet the fans are running extremely slowly and appear to be set to pull the air upward rather than circulate it down into the workout area. During classes, the room becomes so uncomfortable that I often cannot make it through even half the class without feeling like I can't breathe properly or perform at my normal level. I spoke with staff members on three separate occasions and was told the issue would be addressed. I eventually spoke directly with the manager by phone and explained that I have a medical condition, including hypertension, and specifically asked whether the fan adjustment could be treated as an accommodation. I wasn't asking for anything complicated. I simply asked them to increase the fan speed during these intense classes or, since the fan controls are locked inside a cage, allow appropriate access so the fan could be increased during class and lowered afterward if energy cost was the concern. The manager told me that he would increase the fan speed immediately after our phone call. Unfortunately, nothing changed. What is most disappointing is that I have been trying to resolve this for about two months. I didn't immediately leave a negative review--I spoke to staff multiple times and then management because I genuinely wanted to give the gym an opportunity to fix the problem. I really hate the idea of leaving because Dom and Joy teach some of my favorite classes and they are excellent trainers. But paying for a membership when I cannot properly participate in the classes because of inadequate airflow doesn't make sense. At this point, I'm considering canceling my membership and finding a gym that takes members' concerns seriously, especially when someone has clearly explained that the issue affects a medical condition. After years of membership, I expected better communication and a reasonable effort to resolve something as simple as adjusting a fan. The 2 stars are for Dom and Joy

Three people can fit into each sauna so you could potentially get the sauna to yourself. I think most people don't book if they see someone is already in a sauna. I've always been by myself which is nice. The place is always super clean. I've never had any sound, light or heat issues with any of the saunas. The small free weight area is always clean and organized. The place isn't always staffed but when it is the workers have always been really friendly. It's $79 a month for me but my membership only allows me to workout at this location. I didn't opt into the other one because this is the most convenient for me. Overall this place has what I need and I'll continue to go here for my workouts!

I was expecting my account to be cancelled as the owner seemed like a good person. Fast forward 10 months I happened to see a charge for the full amount. I looked at my bank statement and he NEVER CANCELLED my account. I called and left him a message and he didn't and wouldn't respond, but had his associate call me which had no idea as to what was going on. Then to make matters worse she stated I can cancel your account. I haven't been working out there since I believe March of last year. Honestly, I was expecting the owner to call me back and I still have yet to get a call back. Be careful if you cancel your service. Make sure to check!
