My only fear is that I won't like it at all when it is at full capacity. My husband and I worked out in a room together once, and two people in there felt like enough. I don't know if think 3 people in a room that size is ever going to feel comfortable. Also, why are the saunas so short? I'm 5'5 and can't raise my hands all the way to do a sun salutation. And my 6'1 husband almost grazes the ceiling just by standing. The videos aren't geared to people who are out of shape, only to people who are in shape. So, I worry about people not sticking with it because the videos are so hard. Finally, the towel mats. I understand the need for them, definitely. I just wish they didn't have to be HOTWORX branded. They've done a lot to improve the gym since purchasing it, including implementing open gym memberships which has been huge for me personally. There's no other feeling like having all the amenities of a CrossFit box all to yourself. At the risk of sounding cliche, they've really made me, my wife and kids feel like family.
