There is so much equipment, you can work out a different part of your body every day in different ways. The staff are really cool. And they are there for you 24 hours a day seven days a week. The most important thing about this place is to remember why you are there and then, just show up. If you keep putting in consistent effort - you'll see results. Now, let's compare that to lifetime lifetime is the ultimate experience for a health membership. They don't just excel at the amenities offered at lifetime. They excel at customer service and satisfaction. If an employee had spoken to me that way at lifetime they would have been asked to leave for the day. It was that bad. EOS allowed Misty to continue on the floor working. They only have 2 cryo chairs better on first come first serve basis. Purchase the best membership they offered. Don't see me lasting there long. Probably end up at lifetime based on client experience and satisfaction not being near as good. And like everyone else these days, Gym memberships are an extra. Most any of us can do workouts at home so if I'm going to invest my money I expect the full experience
