I've been a loyal member of CFMH for over 7 years. There are plenty of "boxes" from which to choose in the area but I found the best one on my first try! The coaches are awesome! They know how to push my physical and mental abilities past the point I would go to on my own, all while ensuring proper form as to not get injured. Membership allows you access to a ton of functional equipment including: barbells, kettle bells, echo rings, and ropes; all housed within a massive space to use it. There are classes from 5:30AM-6:30PM during which one on one coaching is available to ensure proper use of equipment and improve technique.
