LFG is very different. If you're there to look cute then my opinion this won't be the place for you. If you want to get in shape, have waterfalls of sweat, improve strength, stamina, and overall fitness then you've come to the right place. No where on this planet will you find a gym offering 21 days for $21. If you do find it, when you start, you may be welcomed on the first day but nothing like the personal attention I have received from LFG, there is no comparison. I work nights, get off at 8:30am after a 12 hour shift and love every minute of rushing to get to my 9am class! Everyone likes to feel appreciate. At LFG although am getting my butt kicked daily, I feel appreciated by my trainers just for showing up. Although training is conducted in a group fashion you will receive the personal attention from your trainers to ensure you have the correct form always! Although all the trainers are great, I have to say Victor Mendoza is an excellent trainer. His energy, his attitude, and he spread himself through out class like an octopus to ensure everyone in his class receives the personal attention and he make time to correct form. I have attended 15 days of my 21/$21 plan and it's the best purchase I have ever made! No pressure, no unwanted feeling of not belonging, and, no judgement. The energy is welcoming and a good workout is filled with congratulatory remarks by others from the class that you don't even have to know. You will leave with a sense of "we are in this together" daily. Go try them out!

I tried a few classes and have never felt like I have worked out so hard in my life and it felt so good!! They plan these amazing work outs for the entire body and change it up regularly. I am hooked Have been going 3-5 days a week for 2.5 years and at 42 I have never felt so strong and fit. I can lift things, move things, sprint after kids at work, Open things, hike for hours on any terrain, etc it's literally changed my life!! It's basic equipment. No fancy anything. No Air Conditioning but there was a nice cross breeze. They have 1 washroom if you need to change. You have to come here with a different mind set and expectations. I come from a dance, pilates, and yoga background so getting on a dirty rubberized mat took a little getting used to. (tip: don't wear white tops.) They really encourage you to come as often in a week as possible, to push yourself as hard as you can when you're here. After each time I was here, I felt it for days! They're supportive and instructive, correcting any errors in form. They also have a class just for women which was nice. There are people who really did well here, made friends and they look great but I'm going to try to find another crossfit box that's not quite so rustic. Crossfit Silverback is looking into building their own building instead of operating out of warehouse/garage space. Maybe I'll check them out then.

They do not rush for you to sign up for a membership. In fact, you can sign up as member and do a trial seven day and cancel anytime. You can also become a member and cancel anytime with a 30 days notice. There are so many options, if plans change and need to remove members from your account or add. Group classes for various of times throughout the day and trained lifeguards for the pool areas. it appears to be safe within the facilities. This is a convenient day spa to unwind and relax. In one example not only the half-used bottle of water was left behind on the treadmill, there were food crumbs on it. In another example an underwear was hung on the wall of a women's bathroom stall. Unfortunately despite repeated reporting to the manager/supervisor things are getting worse. 2. For almost $80 I pay for a locker, I am supposed to receive free laundry but practically I can't use this service because their laundry service destroyed one of my t-shirts and I was never compensated for it. 3. Their recovery room is closed for 1.5 hours (2:00-3:30) every business day which makes no sense. For the upscale club that this is supposed to be, the above issues should not exist.
