The trainers and the people that come here are just so encouraging and have always shown me that they truly care about each and every individual's personal goals and work with each body type. I've never felt like I couldn't come in a little earlier or stay a little later and just ask questions and get help and advice on reaching my own fitness and health goals. F45 makes me feel like I am a part of a community. Overall this location, I may sound bias, is THE best! I have friends and co-workers who are members of the other F45 locations in the Houston area and a part of other types of gym classes who have left their gym to come to the West U F45 location! I am a healthcare provider that is actively taking care of COVID positive patients and have requested a cancelation of my membership given that I cannot workout with a mask on and the risk of spreading a respiratory disease is very likely. I do not want to take away from the safety of the other patrons at the gym and requested a cancellation of the 6 months prepaid membership I had paid. Instead, the response I got back from management was that they could push my membership back to Dec 2022. However, there is no telling when an effective vaccine will come. I am trying to protect the other members that come to the gym and not put them at greater risk. I wanted to make sure that the other people coming to the gym understand that I am trying to minimize the risk to others but ownership is not letting me do so.
