Woodlands Lagree is located in The Woodlands and is totally worth the drive even if you are not in the area. It is a top notch facility. I got to go to a soft opening and it was a transformative experience. The workout was intense and I was totally getting the shakes. Google the lagree shakes and you will see that it's a real thing! I enjoyed spending time with the coaches and other people coming. I found myself savouring when the time would come to go. I transitioned into the main classroom at the end of January 2017 and it felt the same. I didn't know everyone coming but that's not a problem for me. I don't feel insecure in gyms but I know that some people can feel really bogged down by that. I recommend being vocal with not knowing how to do something and everyone there is working on some sort of goal. The coaches are accessible and they want you to succeed and check your form. It's been a great workout each time and I love not having to think about what to do for a workout each day. I go 4x a week at random times. I've been at the 9:30, 4:30, 5:30 and 6:30pm classes. I've never had a bad time. I already see the changes in my body from the month of workouts and I'm definitely a fan of Crossfit town center. I feel stronger and less tired each time I go. I've had some soreness but I've upped my water intake so it's not as terrible as I expected. I know that it can feel intimidating walking into a new place and that's where the foundations came in for me. I hadn't been in a gym for almost 2 years. I did try on one class before foundations but I knew it was for me after that class-the foundations gave me confidence and also helped me to feel familiar with the space and things I was using.

They make you pre-pay so if you get hurt or anything, they just hold the money they won't give it back. They won't care if you're a veteran they won't care if you break a leg they don't care about anything so if you do join, make sure that you know how to use small claims court and know how to serve them with process. The only way you'll get your money back is if you go to court. They're completely unreasonable and they'll talk a good game about supporting veterans until you actually need them to do something for you and then they'll turn their back on you and just try to squeeze you for every penny they can get out of you so just make sure you know how to go to court you know how to sue or you're just gonna be totally screwed over like everybody else who goes to them.

CrossFit Destruction is where it's at!…read more I'm working remotely this week and have dropped in every day since I've been here. The coaches are super nice, welcoming, and attentive. They also remember your name and greet you as if you're one of their own members. The culture of this box is great. Very warm, encouraging, and upbeat. The members introduce themselves, make an effort to get to know you, cheer you on, and are super nice. It's also maintained very well and super clean! The workouts are great. They encourage mobility with ROMWOD's every Wednesday, camaraderie with PartnerWOD's, and strength training with barbell driven movements in metcons. My go to in Sugar Land when at home visiting my parents! Pick up some cool swag, too!

My only fear is that I won't like it at all when it is at full capacity. My husband and I worked out in a room together once, and two people in there felt like enough. I don't know if think 3 people in a room that size is ever going to feel comfortable. Also, why are the saunas so short? I'm 5'5 and can't raise my hands all the way to do a sun salutation. And my 6'1 husband almost grazes the ceiling just by standing. The videos aren't geared to people who are out of shape, only to people who are in shape. So, I worry about people not sticking with it because the videos are so hard. Finally, the towel mats. I understand the need for them, definitely. I just wish they didn't have to be HOTWORX branded. I have a gazillion Manduka ones at home that I can't use. And have to buy more of theirs with their name on it. They're a bit boring to look at.

I am fresh out of college and have landed my first job, which unfortunately is far away. After my moving process, I began calling all my memberships around town and this is the only one that I have had an issue with. I was never told when I joined that there is a 60 day cancellation policy - yes SIXTY DAY. EVERY other type of franchise has a 30 day cancellation policy, which I completely understand and expect. This 60 day policy means that I will be charged TWICE more after canceling - IN A CITY I DONT EVEN LIVE IN. Oh but that's all right, I can cancel immediately if I pay a SMALL fee of $99. I think that is absolutely absurd, I REGRET ever joining Hotworx. It's ridiculous because moving is a very NORMAL event in a person's life and not everyone knows 2 months prior that they're going to be moving. I guess no employee of Hotworx has ever moved in their entire life? Thank you so much for taking away two months of payment from a newly graduated, obviously broke, young person. Please save yourself, there's a sauna in every gym out there - that only has a 30 day cancellation policy because their main concern is your fitness not their pockets. BTW When I told my gym that I moved, they actually waived the 30 day for me - I guess you could call that excellent customer service? Something that Hotworx hasn't heard of.
