The class was the perfect intensity for me as a newbie and anything that was too challenging could be modified to accommodate me. If you are more advanced or in better shape you could easily tailor the circuit and add more weight or do more challenging variations as needed. Coach Kelsey gave me a bunch of tips and feedback as I was working in order to make sure my form was sufficient and made sure the weights and variations were appropriate for my skill level. As an introvert I felt extremely comfortable and got one of the best workouts of my life! Rich is extremely knowledgeable and somehow just knows what you are capable of, and how far he can challenge you, whilst also having an awareness of your personal restrictions and adjusting the training accordingly AND, best of all, you see tangible results fairly quickly. James the other PT, works slightly differently to Rich, but still get results nevertheless. I've not actually trained one to one with him,but have watched him transform some pretty overweight, out of condition people. He's also very good with those who have physical disabilities. I pay $68 a month and you need to give 60 day notice for contract. The $68 only gets you one location or it is $86 a month. Regardless, it is a wonderful workout opportunity. I called 24 days later to cancel my trial and was advised I was in a commitment that I did not agree to. She never advised of the 90 day commitment and is running a lucrative scheme in deceiving callers. Again, I have never even stepped into the location since speaking to her on 3/4 to use my trial membership.

The others are all friendly too, but I have the mist interaction with Alaura. The gym itself is well maintained, clean and has red light therapy machines, saunas, massage chairs, classes and they are starting up line dancing according to their sign! The locker room is clean, huge and ohI forgot they have tanning beds too (if you like to tan). I LOVE this gym! That's all I can say! I had to add CK is awesome too. I am sure everyone is, but these 3 I talk to most and know by name.
