Reasons why I love the workout: 1. Treadmills / running are incorporated! I love to run but I hate when I have to chose either weights or running. I love Shred because it keeps both! 2. Minimal thought/ experience required. You don't have to wait for equipment or think about what your next set is going to consist of because they tell you what to do the entire time! Also, if you don't know how to do something- it doesn't matter- because your instructor shows you each move before they expect you to do it. Reason why I love this location specifically: The Instructors & Staff are just the best! I truly feel like I have made some great friends here and that all of the people in this location genuinely care about you. It's so nice that I can pick my classes to go with my favorite instructors or I can take one with someone that's not in my regular "schedule" and I still get the same amazing workout and attention. Overall, the gym is clean, safe, but most importantly fun! 100% would recommend to anyone of any experience level!

They have a hot tub and different spots to catch some rays. The chairs have QR codes to order drinks and food which is pretty cool. * cafe: huge variety of anything you want focused on wellness. They also have prepackaged snacks (shout out Chomps) that are protein heavy and mindful choices. We ordered smoothies, and although pricy, they were good quality. I cancelled my membership 3 months before my year was up to ensure it cancelled w/in a year and I did not have to wait for another year to cancel. Even though I cancelled w/in that time frame I still was required to pay this fee again which is $62. The gym is overcrowded, most people at the front desk barely say a word to you and it's not a very welcoming gym.

IYKYK The sauna is very nice and other than the sink area and sometimes the shower, the locker rooms are kept surprisingly clean. They do a fairly good job of fixing broken machines except the drinking fountains currently haven't worked right for over 6 months, the dryers in the bathroom are often and continue to be broken, but broken machines seem to get fixed quicker. Obviously it gets mobbed around 5-7pm on weekdays. If you can't work around to get a good work out in, avoid those times. I'm not sure this spot would ever cap their capacity or memberships. All in all I love this spot and will continue to go. It fits the bill for convenience, clientele vibe, and machine/service options

The trainers are all excellent if that's your thing, but the atmosphere for solo workouts is what really drew me in. The gym is clean, well-stocked on amenities, and you have access to just about every piece of equipment you can think of despite their small footprint. The best part though is that I NEVER encountered a big crowd. At my previous gym in Los Angeles I was paying 6 times the amount per month to wait in line for free weights. Here I could crank out a full workout at any time of day (thanks to their 24-hour access for members) with no hassle or queues. When I come back around to visit family over the holidays, Titanium will be my one and only fitness stop.
