I Bank at Camden Bank so I asked if they could hold the groceries while I went to the bank to get some cash. Luckly, I go to that branch often and they know me so I didn't need my ID to take some cash out. I went back to the store to pay for the groceries and when they run them up, I was $7.00 short. The young gentleman at the register took out his wallet and pulled out the $7.00 to pay the balance. I told I could just put a couple things back but he insisted so I let him. When I go back tomorrow, I am dropping off an envelope for him with a thank you note and the money to pay him back. This was completely unexpected so I felt I wanted to acknowledge his thoughtfulness. Thank you.

He was so loud everyone turned to look at what was going on. Then proceeded to talk about me to another customer. He was saying things like "these people don't know how to make eye contact" amongst many other things. What's even more ridiculous is that he was asked by another customer to smile. When he handed me the last of my order he made sure to glare at me in a very menacing way. I'm disgusted that this person has anything to do with customer service. Market Basket must be desperate to employ an abusive person like this.
