The staff is not great and it is clear the almighty dollar is priority over a proper course with courtesy and respect for the people or the game. They literally didn't even let me perform any of the work in interview for line Cook or banquet they just put me on peeling potatoes and breaking up in peapods and then made me wait 14 days just to get no response about the job had high hopes for this place being they shouldn't have these kinds of issues with the budget and the hourly rate they can pay employees I heard bad things being said about me and my one eye by other cooks and I feel like sticking me on peeling potatoes and breaking up in peapods how does one show their true skills when that's all they're able to do. I wanted to check other competitors on my way so I stopped at another nearby golf store which had a slightly higher price and zero customer service. I was delighted when I entered Puetz that the store manager asked me right away what I was looking for and then proceeded to help me determine what size I needed. After I made the decision to purchase the grips and get them installed, the next day I got a call from the repair technician. He informed me my extensions in my shafts were just spinning around in there and I needed them re-epoxied. He offered to do this service for a dollar more per club! In the end, I was blown away by the customer service at Puetz and the results of working with them. I highly recommend any golfing needs for you to visit a Puetz location!

Located inside Factoria Mall, the venue is large, with an arcade and prize game area in front of the mini golf course. My friends eagerly played some games to win novelty toys and tried the cotton candy maker. I played some pinball so if any of this sounds fun in addition to golfing, they have it here. The course as expected has about 16 holes, all with varying lengths, obstacles and angles. It's a lot of fun lining up different putts. The decor has a sort of comedic-horror art with a Washington theme and other mechanical props to add to the fun and ambience. The snag? The same issue I have at most mini golf places, people start to get bunched up behind you because their playing too fast/making their own rules or whatever. Were we playing too slow? Maybe. There were four of us and we played as quickly as we could but alas... Even the staff girl told us we're capped at 5 swings a piece at one point before we need to move on. Needless to say, by the end we had several impatient people waiting behind us. I know this isn't Monsters fault per se, but I repeatedly saw kids just putting the ball near the hole for easy shots to go faster or smaller children crying and jumping random holes out of order. Would love to do it again but perhaps on a weekday or a morning when there is less crowds.

I'm on my way to Topgolf now and have already had the worst customer service experience of my life. The sequence of events goes as follows... I schedule a 2 bay event and put down 25% over 2 weeks ago for 7pm Then 3 days ago I have people in my party ask to move it to 6pm, I call my event coordinator line and no one answers so I leave a message. I don't hear back all day Then 2 days ago I call again same thing no response no call back. Finally today I decide to call the facility directly not via the event coordinator line. I deal with an options menu - a virtual assistant that doesn't want to connect me to the front desk - a customer service team - and then finally the front desk just to be hung up on. I then go through the same process 2 more times with customer service telling me the manager will call me back. After not hearing back I finally call back one last time and customer service tells me there is nothing they can do. If it weren't for the deposit, I'd cancel my event right now. I understand not being able to move the reservation but not calling me back for days and then not offering me any sort of explanation or compensation is unacceptable. What a disappointment. I won't be going back.
