When I first got into the…read morehome it was dilapidated and nearly unliveable, despite the property being under the care of a management company. White glove charges something around $400 to their clients to just go to the home, let alone fix anything. I arrived to a window being broken. TWO YEARS it took to fix. Three months to pick up window unit AC that were installed while the HVAC was replaced. The HVAC had issues a few weeks ago and my friend called to see if they could bring window units again and they just blew her off. Maintenance on call just didn't answer. The maintenance guy is a slob and brings his son with him on the job. Extremely inept. He has no clue what he's doing. My friend also owned another property in Lawton that they were managing. Once the renters moved out they did nothing. Not even a drive by. Never put renters back in the property and squatters took it over. They completely DESTROYED The property and it is now unsalvageable. She has to demolish it and sell the lot only. 100% the fault of White Glove. I went to see the property for my friend and kicked out the squatters that were there when I arrived. It took ten minutes. White Glove owes my friend a home as far as I'm concerned. I bought the home im currently in that they used to manage and they owed me half a months rent refund. I went in to pick up the check and was told by the EXTREMELY snotty black receptionist that I was "demanding " Not normally my style but that is how you have to be with these incompetent people, or they won't do anything. Had i not gone in i am CERTAIN it would have been MONTHS to receive this refund. If you value your property, respect your renters, expect things to be fixed expeditiously, and don't want to be ripped off, DO NOT HIRE WHITE GLOVE. Lazy, incompetent, rude, nasty, inept, unprofessional... ALL the adjectives. Go elsewhere please or you'll regret hiring them.

The second time, I lived there for over 5 years but the home owner did not want to approve any repairs. White glove did fix minor repairs but major repairs needed to be approved by the home owner. Unfortunately the owner was not willing to do the repairs and the owner of White glove assisted in fixing the issue and allowed me to move out no issues. I would rent from them again any time. Staff have been very helpful and extremely nice.

My wife and I owned a home in Lawton and when we decided to move back to Texas we looked for a…read morerealtor to list our house with. The first one who came stated we would probably would not get enough to pay off the outstanding mortgage, in fact she suggested that we get moved and let the house get foreclosed on. Wow what an idiotic statement. We then contacted Park Jones and Mr. Don Radford came over and looked around and spoke with us and wanted to list it with enough to pay off the mortgage and make a little profit! Needless to say he became our relator. The next day we signed a contract with him and it was not long a buyer made an offer. It was a lot lower than the asking price so we declined the offer. Later that day Mr. Don called and stated the buyer came back with an offer only 300$ less than the asking price. We took the offer and sold the house. Mr. Don kept us informed of all the things we needed and all that the buyer was doing. On closing day everything was smooth. The buyers were happy and we were happy. Thank you very much Mr. Don we could not have had a better realtor handle this. He is very personable and professional and We highly recommend Mr. Don and the Parks Jones Realty. We were truly blessed to have had him as our realtor and hope others will come and see you for their next purchase or sale.

I hardly know where to begin with this review. I was looking for a home to live in when I retire. I…read moream from Connecticut so this was a huge move for me. I chose Oklahoma and unfortunately, at the beginning of my search I was connected with a few realtors from different agencies who in my opinion did not have much drive (or) experience. I was looking at homes on the computer one evening and was connected with Terry Stamper of Parks Jones Realty. Once I began working with Terry, my home search experience became a true joy for me. Terry was responsive to my calls and questions. I NEVER felt rushed or like my questions were unimportant. He provided information on Oklahoma, on homes and neighborhoods. I felt SOOOOO empowered! Once I selected a home, Terry guided me through the process and was a champ at negotiating for me, advocating for me to get the best deal. When I closed on the home I was still very nervous about getting work done to the home and choosing the right contractors, but Terry jumped in again and promised me that his service to his customers did not end at the closing but that he would be there to assist. Well, it's been one week since my closing and Terry Stamper is a man of his word! He has referred me to quality vendors and has checked on my progress all along the way. The vendors he selected have treated me like family and are masters at their crafts. I am emotional writing this review because this is a very important time in my life. I wanted to be in a place where I feel comfortable and safe and have a cute little home that I love and I believe that I have all of that now, because of the guidance Terry provided. When you are looking for a home (buying or selling) call Parks Jones Realty and ask for TERRY STAMPER. I PROMISE, you will not be disappointed!!!

I had a TERRIBLE time finding a place to live in Lawton. The market changed dramatically (for the…read moregood!) after significant housing was completed on post. Summer of 2011, I was desperate - finished w/ permissive TDY and no place to live. Fortunately, a very nice lady told me about the New Hope Cottages located by Cameron. The development begins on A Ave and goes over to E Ave. There are duplexes, quads and apartments. There are several different owners and they do range in price and amenities. I lived in two different places in New Hope. A couple of key points - 1) All relatively new and good repair - they are all less than 3 years old. New places are SO much easier to maintain, keep clean (since they are new) and look nice. 2) Security Systems - some have security systems and some do not. Mine both did and it was a quality system monitored via ADT. I would not have lived there w/o one - only cost $20 a month. 3) Garage - Again, I would not leave my car sitting out (really anywhere in Lawton), but each duplex has a one car garage. I know one car garages can be a little tight and a few of the places have two car garages. 4) Lawn Maintenance - I am not above doing yard work, but since I mowed and raked more than my fair share of lawns as a kid, I am not inclined to do any more! Lawn care is included in the lease. 5) The owners - as stated above, the duplexes, quads and apartments are owned by several different families. The owners were great and helpful during the few minor issues I had and never tried to rip me off with my deposits. It's always good to work and deal with honest people! I took one star off only due to the location. The area has been cleaned up significantly by this development.

We switched over to her company because we were having a hard time hearing back from the last property management company whenever a question or concern came up. Our transactions with Jeanne and her company have been nothing but positive. Thank you!

I am a property investor in TX and OK. I own 5 properties but had to work in Lawton for 6 months…read moreand wanted to rent rather than purchase another home or live in an apartment. Unfortunately I moved to Lawton as several army units had recently arrived and there were not many nice homes available for rent. The only nice home in my price range was listed by Remax. When I went to get the place I met Hope Briscoe, the property manager. She was very rude and unprofessional when she found out I was in the Army. Although I am a senior Army officer she treated me as if I were an 18 year old hoodlum. I am married but my spouse was unable to accompany me so I planned to live with 2 other senior Army Officers. We all have good credit, high income, and a squeaky clean record. Exactly the kind of tenant I would want in any of my rental properties. She denied us initially (which would've been illegal since the property was listed) but we insisted she call the owner. The owner had absolutely no problems with us occupying the home. She then took her time drawing up the lease and acted as if she was not pleased we were going to be the tenants. Several times she came in to take back the lease because she had changed her mind...but in the end allowed us to rent the property with an amendment in the lease that would allow her to come and periodically check on the property to ensure we were not causing damage. She was incredibly rude and we had not given her any reason to believe we would not be perfect tenants. If there was another 3 bedroom 2 bath house available for rent anywhere else in Lawton we would've left immediately. Unfortunately this was the only home that would be up to our standards. She treated us as if we were cramming 3 families into a beaten down shack. We were all educated professionals looking for a very nice home...that should've given her some clue that we want to live nicely and would not be destroying the property. She came by the property 3 times during our 6 month stay and walked around and took pictures (absolutely no damage, we kept a very nice and clean house) and was always very rude and quick. There was not a single pleasant interaction with her. When our lease ended we had shipped our mowers and were unable to mow the back yard. We notified her since we expected them to charge a landscaping fee and take the money out of our deposit. When we got our deposit back she had charged $100. It was a small yard and could've been done by any landscaper for around $40. $100 for a small yard was ridiculous. It would not surprise me if she pocketed a large amount of that money. As an investor I appreciate the care that she puts into the property...but I would be worried about losing business when the market is not so hot. If there had been any other house that size listed in Lawton at the time we would've taken our business there. Renters stay away from her and from Remax in Lawton. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with real estate. As a "sales" person she should be trying to attract business...instead she treated us as if she would allow us to purchase her lease. Awful woman.
