The first one who came stated we would probably would not get enough to pay off the outstanding mortgage, in fact she suggested that we get moved and let the house get foreclosed on. Wow what an idiotic statement. We then contacted Park Jones and Mr. Don Radford came over and looked around and spoke with us and wanted to list it with enough to pay off the mortgage and make a little profit! Needless to say he became our relator. The next day we signed a contract with him and it was not long a buyer made an offer. It was a lot lower than the asking price so we declined the offer. Later that day Mr. Don called and stated the buyer came back with an offer only 300$ less than the asking price. We took the offer and sold the house. Mr. Don kept us informed of all the things we needed and all that the buyer was doing. On closing day everything was smooth. The buyers were happy and we were happy. Thank you very much Mr. Don we could not have had a better realtor handle this. He is very personable and professional and We highly recommend Mr. Don and the Parks Jones Realty. Terry was responsive to my calls and questions. I NEVER felt rushed or like my questions were unimportant. He provided information on Oklahoma, on homes and neighborhoods. I felt SOOOOO empowered! It took four days for them to get a repair person out. There was tons of little repairs that they never took care of. She ended up coming up with false things that she claimed we didn't get done so she keep a large amount of our deposit. We were the best renters and she totally took advantage of us. Well we decided to take it off the market. They wouldn't mail our keys or give them to my mother. So i had to go 1000 miles to get my keys and they didn't even verify it was me picking them up. We get the house and found a lockbox on the house. We contacted them and they said it wasn't theirs. We asked why our locks to our back door was changed. Our realtor couldn't answer she said there's no records of it. We called to talk to her boss they wouldn't take our calls or call us back. They started relaying messages to her saying it was our mortgage company that changed the lock. Which it wasn't ( never heard of such a thing). We have been trying to get answers from them and they won't give us any or contact us back. They also stated that they can't give us a list of who all had access to our house the last 6 months. They said anyone that has their number for the lockbox can go in there whenever without notifying them. They didn't even have any record on who winterized our house. They said they had no clue that even happened. This is the worst company ever with the lies and non communication. Oh also there were holes in our walls from people throwing the doors open that wasnt there before, we know they wont do nothing about any of it. ​

We then drove home to find our house was robbed. Of course no fault of hers. However we tried to follow up with her via email regarding the things we had discussed on the properties in Lawton and we were ignored. I did mention to her we were robbed during our visit and it was a expensive trip for us. You would think a person who possessed basic empathy skills would have replied, "I am sorry to hear that" and move on with business. No. She ignored all 3 of our emails. So at the very least, it is poor interpersonal skills. She seemed very knowledgeable about the market, but to not even reply to a potential client after that kind of traumatic event?
