I rented a home in Lawton from my close friend, until I purchased it. When I first got into the home it was dilapidated and nearly unliveable, despite the property being under the care of a management company. White glove charges something around $400 to their clients to just go to the home, let alone fix anything. I arrived to a window being broken. TWO YEARS it took to fix. Three months to pick up window unit AC that were installed while the HVAC was replaced. The HVAC had issues a few weeks ago and my friend called to see if they could bring window units again and they just blew her off. Maintenance on call just didn't answer. The maintenance guy is a slob and brings his son with him on the job. Extremely inept. He has no clue what he's doing. My friend also owned another property in Lawton that they were managing. Once the renters moved out they did nothing. Not even a drive by. Never put renters back in the property and squatters took it over. They completely DESTROYED The property and it is now unsalvageable. She has to demolish it and sell the lot only. 100% the fault of White Glove. I went to see the property for my friend and kicked out the squatters that were there when I arrived. It took ten minutes. White Glove owes my friend a home as far as I'm concerned. I bought the home im currently in that they used to manage and they owed me half a months rent refund. I went in to pick up the check and was told by the EXTREMELY snotty black receptionist that I was "demanding " Not normally my style but that is how you have to be with these incompetent people, or they won't do anything. Had i not gone in i am CERTAIN it would have been MONTHS to receive this refund. If you value your property, respect your renters, expect things to be fixed expeditiously, and don't want to be ripped off, DO NOT HIRE WHITE GLOVE. Lazy, incompetent, rude, nasty, inept, unprofessional... ALL the adjectives. Go elsewhere please or you'll regret hiring them. read more

I have rented two times from White Glove and both times have been great. First time was only a year because home owner came back and wanted to move back in after lease. The second time, I lived there for over 5 years but the home owner did not want to approve any repairs. White glove did fix minor repairs but major repairs needed to be approved by the home owner. Unfortunately the owner was not willing to do the repairs and the owner of White glove assisted in fixing the issue and allowed me to move out no issues. I would rent from them again any time. *READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE USING WHITE GLOVE REALTY* Just like every other review on this company, I can confirm White Glove Realty is simply money hungry. This company puts their stamp of "move-in ready" approval on properties that are damaged, dirty, and wreaking of pet urine. The house we ended up moving into has had plumbing issues since we first moved in. If you as a tenant are able to fix a problem for less than $150 you must do so yourself and will not be reimbursed for the expenses. The biggest kicker has got to be their move-out requirement list though; and here's a few examples: "Carpets must be professionally cleaned by one of their approved companies...The house must be professionally exterminated if you had pets...Receipts must be provided to White Glove, if you do not provide a receipt, the home will be cleaned from your deposit." A couple other's I find ridiculous..."Baseboards and closets in all rooms must be cleaned...Pull out refrigerator and clean coils...Clean floor and walls BEHIND appliances...Clean and SHINE sink and faucet..." - I can guarantee that this house will look 100% better than it did when we first moved in. This company requires more than on post housing in regards to cleaning and the only reason I can think of is because they themselves do not want to pay for an extensive clean by a professional company. This company is money hungry and dismissive of your needs as a tenant. *MILITARY FAMILIES ESPECIALLY* Do not use this company: We made the mistake of explaining to them we could not get on post housing, hoping they would be a little empathetic and help us find a suitable home to rent, but instead they took advantage of our situation and showed us houses that had dead bugs everywhere, water damage, terrible smells, pet stained carpets, etc. They know that we as military families need housing and when we can't get on post we are typically scrambling to find a house to rent and they take full advantage of that fact. Good luck in finding a rental property, I can almost guarantee you will find a better place by doing your own research than if you were to be taken advantage of by White Glove Realty. -- (To be clear, I understand that we chose to sign the lease with them, as is stated in the first part of the move-out list...however, we were out of options and needed a place to live which they were more than happy to take advantage of.) read more

I have mixed feelings, rude one day and very respectful the next. The owners of the property were hard to deal with and wouldn't deal with hardly any broken or repairs that needed to be done and after 3 yrs we decided to move. This business is corrupt and I will go as far to deem it VILE. I do not know if I have EVER come across a more contemptible and callous woman than the property manager, Judy Nazaryk. I could not make up the absurdity of the experience I suffered at the hands of White Glove. Judy threatened me with the Ft. Sill Housing office. During a one-way phone conversation (Judy rambling her hate speech), she told me that she had the housing office on the other line and xyz is what "they" told me to do. Seriously!?! Wow, someone might have believed her garbage if he/she had been in the Army less than a day. Judy insulted my rank (which has nothing to do with anything!) and quite honestly the army as a whole. I quote, "we usually have these problems with enlisted." I guess the "problem" being someone challenging Judy on her highly questionable integrity and conduct. Unfortunately for her, I was enlisted, so this insult did nothing but fuel my fire! There is no doubt in my mind this property manager commonly uses the "I am on the line w/ the housing office" with young Soldiers who take issue with any White Glove dealings. It came way too natural for this to be the first time coming from her mouth. I went straight to the housing office and spoke to a counselor. The HSO counselor told me she had never told the property manager any of those things. This is the gutter level of professionalism and ethical standards of this business. I know the housing market is tough, but I forewarn anyone who is contemplating business with White Glove (owned by Lon Parks of Remax and Parks Jones Realty). Tenant and Soldiers BEWARE! Of note, I have owned my own home out of state for the 7 years; it is managed through a professional property management company. I have leased homes and townhouses MANY times throughout my tenure in the Army. I have never had any issues prior to my experience with White Glove! I believe in treating the home I lease just as I would want my own home treated. I stand by this review - so much so, I have my first and last name and a clear head shot posted on Yelp. Although I appreciate the other reviewers commenting on MY review, (people with no picture and/or one review - White Glove's! And of course the classic 2 reviews written by Judy herself!), my comments stand alone. If someone really wants to challenge it, be MY guest, game up and sue me. I WELCOME the opportunity to warn possible tenants about their questionable business practices and attempts to intimidate Soldiers thru on-post military entities. The worst move i've ever made. Blake is rude and forgets all conversations he's had. This company bullies and harasses their clients/tenants. This is not a customer focused company, they are not professional nor are they honest. I TRULY WISH I HAD SEEN THESE REVIEWS BEFORE MOVING. Blake lies, i have a notice saying rent was due on the 3rd and he continued to harass me over and over one night, ALL NIGHT saying i had to pay it by the 1st. The system, his system said the 3rd. I had to send him a copy of it. I am almost 60 years old and never in my life have i experienced such bullying and harassment. I think by him bulling someone my age, it made him feel like a big man. i was ready to report this to the state of CA and I will if it continues. I also have a witness to a conversation Blake and I had in december, and now he is not remembering a word of it. They are awful, they don't reply in a timely manner to fixing things. I moved into what i thought was a really nice place and nothing worked. the dishwasher, refrigerator, water heater, floors are coming up, sinks leak. When they do respond, if they do, they say it's not a priority. Who are they to say what motivated me to move and what my priority is? They are awful. Don't rent from them. they obviously don't care about people, i get that they're running a business, but from their eyes, you're not a tenant, you're not a person. Do not rent from these people. They are money hungry and when it's time to move out they will scam you out of every penny of your "refundable" security deposit! Judy is very rude and does not like it when you are knowledgeable of the laws of renting in Oklahoma. They also give you a move out check list that they want you to clean the house for move out inspections. The issue with that is they want the house cleaner than what it was before you moved in. They say there is no such thiing as normal wear and tear so TAKE PHOTOS BEFORE YOU MOVE IN. Because there were stains in the ceramic tile and Judy said they would charge me to get it cleaned and deduct it from my security deposit. THEY ARE VERYY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY RUDE. read more

Terrible customer service. Every time I go in to their office or call I'm treated like I'm bothering them. Sure they were friendly before I signed the lease but since that day they have all been rude and condescending. The fence blew down during an ice storm in December. I called THAT DAY and left a message. Nothing. I went into the office paid rent, then told them about the fence. Again I was treated like a nuisance. They said it would take 30 days to fix the fence!! Ok... I guess I can understand that. Didn't hear anything for 2 months. When I went in to pay rent, I asked again about the fence and they told me to ask the neighbor if he would pay for half. How is that my responsibility?! It is now late April and the fence is still in shambles. They make you pay a pet "deposit". It is non-refundable. So it's really a $150/pet fee. Fine. But when you move out they make you get the house exterminated on your dime!! What the hell did the $150 go towards?! And I have two dogs, so where did the $300 go?! Overall, rude people, house wasn't clean when I moved in, impossible to work with, only want your money for their shit properties. Go to Colonial Realty or someone else. AVOID WHITE GLOVE AT ALL COSTS. read more

Awful service. Had multiple problems, only one of which they did offer to fix and then forgot about until we had to remind them a week later. They also refused to have maintenance take a look at the issues that are causing our electric bill to reach $500. We fixed all the issues that they told us we had to check out on our own, and still no maintenance visits from them. The only thing they are prompt or concerned about is receiving rent checks. Steer clear. Do yourself a favor and see if Lynda Poe at Remax has any properties that fit what you're looking for- I rented from her before moving to a smaller house and she was beyond excellent. I would have rented from her again if she had a property small enough for just myself, she is my #1 recommendation. read more

Garbage. Moved in to a dirty home with grass higher than our knees with the promise they would come back and fix it. Never did. Took 9 months to fix fence, it fell down again two weeks later so we fixed it ourselves (still standing). Almost 2 months to fix water heater in middle of winter while we were boiling water to shower with. Never ONCE came by property to check it, as long as rent was on time we never heard from them. If you want to be left alone and fix everything yourself because you get tired of re-doing work calls and paperwork because "you never told us this was an issue" then have at it. read more

The only problem I found is that they let there renters life in a home filled with dog piss and refused to clean it so we had to smell it everyday and had to try and keep are little girl out of the room and every time I would call they told me that they didn't want to clean it and let me say the dog pee room was there before we moved in and they wanted us to pay out of are pocket horrible and they are so rude to let are little girl live there read more

My husband and I have been asking for stuff to be fixed from day one and then they have the audacity to get an attitude because you want to know when and if the issues are going to be fixed. Then the person who answers their emergency line is so ride that if you call more than once she just doesn't even bother to answer the phone anymore and has the nerve to want to rush you off the line. She was unfriendly and didn't answer my questions just referred me to the printed listing. I was looking for a rent house in the $1200 per month range and thanks to the unfriendly office staff I won't be renting from White Glove. WORST COMPANY EVER! We went to see one of the rentals we were interested in before we signed anything and the house was disgusting! Dead bugs everywhere! When we asked them to clean up the house they said they would but never did! We moved out of state and we continued to pay the rent because they said we cannot break the lease. When I called to ask if we were getting our deposit back, Judy was extremely rude about it and claimed WE left the house dirty when we NEVER moved in. All we did was try to clean it up and I left a few things in there and when she called me back I could hear all the women mocking me and laughing, telling her to "be nice try to be nice". Please please please Military and anyone who is smart enough stay clear from these foul people!!!!!.....me and my husband moved to Lawton last year on a PCS move got a house with them that didn't stand up to the name it was not clean....asked them if they were going to do another cleaning before we moved in they said yes a light cleaning smh to say the less we needed a place to live fast so we took it....moved in noticed big black bugs walking around like they owed the place called and asked them could they spray NO if you didn't request it before you moved in we can't do it...then bathroom 2nd bathroom hasn't worked basically the whole year we lived here ...never late on rent except one time it was new years on a Sunday just past my husband took it the Monday charged him 80.00 even though we had never been late before ..and you can't process a check on Sunday have to wait till Monday anyways then we decided we should move but didn't want the hassle of paying application fees so we decided to stay with the company just get a different location she Tammy said it was fine..then told my husband he had to pay another 30 app fee then said he was only approved for a home for 995 when she knew I worked as well the property that I filled out an application for suddenly had an applicant in front of us even though when I first applied she told my husband I would have to redo the same app again etc...now I guess they think we trashed the place because now they have to do a walk through before we can even look at getting another place lol so glad we got another place and when you walk through its going to look way better then the way you rented it to us because I want every red cent of my deposit back they don't fix anything nasty attitudes but definitely want their money on time !!! I have been renting from these people for 7 months now and I can not wait for my lease to be up. I have had several maintenance issues with them that either took over a month or have yet to be resolved. When they do send one of their maintenance people out they usually have to make TWO or TEN other trips to fix the issue. You can be as nice and hospitable as you want but the people who work the front desk and answer the phones are about as rude as they come. I called Judy out on a lie, which based on the previous post, she is known to do about work her "maintenance" guys had done. I am still waiting for this issue to be resolved. Bottom line is to listen to this post and understand that they do not care about the customer. Unfortunately, this seems to be the status quo for Lawton and if your military I advise you to move on base from the start. Once this lease is up, or housing allows me to terminate the lease for white gloves breach of contract, I will move on base. Also understand that I am not new to this. I have PCS'ed 4 times now and understand how the responsibilities of the property manager. read more
