Update to what this clown did so I have the receipt for the fuel pump this guy did took him 3 times…read moreand guess what it still pisses gas do not let him touch your vehicle he will mess it all up figured I'd come and leave my review well I have owned my truck for 6 years always have had 4 wheel drive after I had Scott touch my truck I am not sure if it was anything when he took the drive shaft out or when he did the wiring harness but I no longer have 4wheel drive it worked for all the years ive owned it till Scott touched it also on top of that he broke my mirror to my truck when he tried to back it into his garage. So now when the wind hits it it doesn't stay in place and you can see the paint on my mirror where he hit it. He denied it instead of being decent and coming good for his mistake. My manager was with me when i dropped my truck off and she knows as well it wasn't like that before. He was supposed to do the rear break line still leaks after hours of working on a very simple break line job. well he loves zip ties that's for sure he will zip tie your whole vehicle if he could. Prior to him opening this garage he also used to work for ramsdells in hartland which at that time him and the owners son of that garage tried to do a fuel pump and broke the air flow off the gastank and decided to glue it back on what Scott and that other guy did cost me thousands too fix. I have been leaving reviews about this guy for well over a year now on Google reviews and Facebook......... quality automotive in brewer is actually a good shop have not had any issues with them...

This company is very deceptive in how they run their business. I had gotten into a roll over car…read moreaccident in Corinna Maine, 12 miles from their location. I'm guessing that the police had called them to tow my car. My daughter and I were brought straight to the hospital after, and our new dog had taken off (a week later he was found and is home safe now). The next day I spoke with a person who introduced himself as Wayne, who seemed very nice, except was laughing, making jokes, and wouldn't give me a straight answer. I told him that it would take a little while for me to get up there, because I had to wait until my SSDI came in, and needed to get a ride up there, due to the fact that I live 2 1/2 hours away. He told me that it wasn't a problem, just get there as soon as I can, and to bring my title because my car was totaled. Stating that the car was 800ft off the road, and I rolled 3 times. I was finally able to get there a week later, because I was only going to be able to make 1 trip up there, we were waiting for the dog to get caught, and the storm to pass. When I got there "Wayne" told me that they put together a great deal for me, I needed to pay them $250, and sign over the title to the car. Shocked I asked him about my roadside assistance though my insurance, he then told me that they don't accept roadside assistance, and I only have liability insurance. In Maine liability insurance has to cover $500 for towing. He let me clean off my car, and get my belongings out of it. After cleaning the snow off the car I was able to see that it wasn't completely totaled, there was no way I rolled 3 times, and ended up 800 ft off the road. When I finished and went inside I asked him how much it was going to be for me to keep my car. He told me $1450 is what they would normally charge for the complications due to the distance of the vehicle, the positioning of the vehicle, the amount of time he was out there, the fact that he had to reconnect the chain 3 times, how far he had to tow it, and storage fees. I told him that was ridiculous, the car was not that far off the road, I could have only rolled 1 1/2 times, it's not my fault he doesn't know how to attach a chain, and he never said anything about storage fees. He then came down to $500, and when I went to pay him, he tried charging me the fees that they have to pay to use a card, so an additional 3 1/2%. I told him that wasn't my responsibility, he said $500. After paying I made sure to confirm that he wasn't going to try to stop anyone from picking up my car, he said that he wouldn't, and it didn't matter when they came. Once I got the invoice and left I looked at it. On the invoice they were trying to charge me $485 for tow & recovery, $125 for cleanup (there was a dog bed out of the car, and just the rear window broken, that they didn't clean up), $65 for 12 miles, and $765 for less than 8 days in storage fees. Also on the invoice the number attached to "Wayne" says Rick, who is the owner of the company. It has been a week, and I've been trying to get someone to get my car, but I paid everything that I had left for the month (including for Christmas presents) to him already. Now he's texting me saying that if the car stays any longer I'm going to get charged storage fees. Do not hire or trust this company, you will regret it!
